The ★ StatTrak™ Skeleton Knife | Night Stripe (Battle-Scarred, BS) is the StatTrak™ copy of this skin — the same Covert ★ finish, the same look, with a kill counter built into the model. The night-ops striped look left by the tape mask remains identifiable even under Battle-Scarred's heavier wear, though the blade's surface shows considerably more roughness than any cleaner grade. Battle-Scarred covers everything from 0.45 up to 1.00 float — the most heavily worn grade and the cheapest way into the skin.
What StatTrak™ changes about the price of the Skeleton Knife | Night Stripe
What the counter tracks is confirmed kills, shown as a running total on the model itself. It is tied to the item, not to the owner, so the number follows the skin from inventory to inventory and only ever goes up.
