★ Ursus Knife | Slaughter (Field-Tested)
The ★ Ursus Knife | Slaughter (Field-Tested) is a Covert-rarity knife finish carrying its zebra-stripe base and tomato red candy coat at the most worn of only three available grades. It's the most accessible way into this finish's spatter pattern.
Design
This blade's zebra-stripe pattern comes from aluminum and chrome paints of varying reflectivity, all covered under a tomato red candy coat rather than a flat design. It carries the line "Valeria doesn't pay Javier to ask questions... she pays him to pry out answers." Each copy's paint seed decides exactly how that red spatter falls, and a clean, centered layout sells for more than a scattered one.
★ Ursus Knife | Slaughter (Field-Tested) Float and Wear
Float on this finish is capped between 0.01 and 0.26, so it exists only as Factory New, Minimal Wear, and Field-Tested — there's no Well-Worn or Battle-Scarred here. Field-Tested is the top, most-worn grade within that capped range, showing a bit more surface texture than the two cleaner grades while the spatter pattern itself stays fully visible. Its ceiling clips to the finish's own maximum, covering roughly 0.15–0.26.
Ursus Knife | Slaughter Rarity
This is a Covert ★ item, the rare-special ("knife") tier that stands apart from ordinary weapon rarity grades. Every copy of this knife, at any of its three grades, carries that same rare-drop status.
Ursus Knife | Slaughter Case and Collection
The Horizon Case and the Danger Zone Case are the two sources for this finish. Either way, a knife pull lands at roughly 0.26%.
Ursus Knife | Slaughter Patterns
The paint seed fixes exactly where the candy-red spatter falls on a given copy, and that placement is the entire basis for a prize pattern here. A clean, centered heart or tight cluster on the blade trades above copies where the spatter lands scattered. Since the pattern is locked in for the copy's whole life, a great layout on a Field-Tested copy holds its value just as it would on a cleaner grade.
StatTrak & Souvenir
A StatTrak edition of this knife also exists, adding a kill counter that becomes permanent once activated and follows the item through trades. Souvenir versions were never produced for knives, since Major-tournament souvenir packages don't include them.
Ursus Knife | Slaughter Price
Field-Tested is the most affordable of this finish's three grades, sitting below Factory New and Minimal Wear. Slaughter's grail-tier standing among this knife's finishes still holds here, and a strong centered spatter pattern can make a Field-Tested copy worth more than a scattered Factory New. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.
FAQ
Is Field-Tested the cheapest way to own this finish?
Yes — since the finish is capped at 0.26 float, Field-Tested is both the most worn and the most affordable of its three grades. The candy-red spatter pattern stays fully readable at this level, so buyers aren't giving up much visually for the lower price.
What is the best Ursus Knife Slaughter pattern?
A clean, centered heart or tight cluster of spatter on the blade is the most sought-after layout, trading above scattered patterns. The seed fixes that placement for the copy's whole life, so it matters more than which of the three grades a copy happens to be.
Is Slaughter worth it compared to other Ursus Knife finishes?
For buyers drawn to a bold red look with a spatter pattern to chase, yes — it already sits at grail-tier pricing among this knife's own lineup even at its most accessible grade. Those wanting a quieter finish may prefer a different option, but the pattern itself never fades with wear.
