AK-47 | Baroque Purple (Minimal Wear)

AK-47 | Baroque Purple (Minimal Wear)

The AK-47 | Baroque Purple (Minimal Wear) is an Industrial Grade rifle skin covered in an intricate, Italian-inspired baroque filigree pattern in purple. Minimal Wear keeps the ornate scrollwork looking almost pristine while trimming the cost below Factory New — the same look for a little less.

Design

Across the rifle, Baroque Purple runs a dense Italian-inspired filigree in flowing purple scrollwork, laid down as a hydrographic finish instead of hard graphics or logos. Valve designed it, and it comes with a tongue-in-cheek in-game line: "Last Supper is served."

AK-47 | Baroque Purple (Minimal Wear) Float and Wear

At Minimal Wear the finish picks up only the faintest wear along the edges, and the busy filigree pattern hides what little there is. The purple scrollwork stays crisp across the body, so at a glance a Minimal Wear copy is hard to tell from Factory New. This is the sweet spot for players who want a near-mint look without paying for the top grade.

AK-47 | Baroque Purple Rarity

Rarity: Industrial Grade, the light-blue tier. It sits near the bottom of the standard weapon grades, one step above Consumer Grade, and as one of the more common rarities it keeps the skin approachable.

AK-47 | Baroque Purple Case and Collection

The AK-47 | Baroque Purple belongs to The Canals Collection. Because it's a collection skin, it comes out of that collection's drop pool instead of a keyed weapon case, so how many exist depends on collection drops and market listings rather than on case openings.

AK-47 | Baroque Purple Patterns

There's no random pattern variation on the AK-47 | Baroque Purple — the filigree is positioned identically on every copy, leaving no paint seed or "blue gem" to hunt. Only wear and float set one copy apart from another.

StatTrak & Souvenir

The AK-47 | Baroque Purple has no StatTrak edition. StatTrak weapons are handed out only through keyed weapon cases, and since this finish comes from a collection pool instead of a case, no StatTrak counter was ever made for it. A Souvenir edition is missing too — those originate only from Major-tournament packages, and this skin has never featured in a Major drop.

AK-47 | Baroque Purple Price

Minimal Wear sits just below Factory New on the price ladder while looking nearly identical, which makes it the value pick of the higher grades. Across the board this is a cheap, budget-friendly AK finish, so it lands as an easy, low-cost buy. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.

FAQ

Does Minimal Wear look worn?

Barely. Minimal Wear adds only light edge wear, and the dense baroque filigree naturally camouflages it, so the skin reads as clean to most eyes. The purple scrollwork stays sharp across the receiver and stock, making a Minimal Wear copy look close to Factory New for a slightly lower price.

Is Minimal Wear the best value AK-47 | Baroque Purple?

For most buyers, yes. It costs less than Factory New but looks almost the same thanks to the wear-hiding pattern. Since the whole skin sits at a cheap tier, the savings are modest — but if you want the near-clean look at the lowest sensible price, Minimal Wear is the smart pick.

Which gloves go with the AK-47 | Baroque Purple?

Its purple baroque palette suits a regal, cool-toned loadout, so purple gloves are the natural match — a violet pair echoes the filigree directly. Darker wraps in black or deep plum also work if you want the pattern to be the loud element, keeping the ornate scrollwork as the centerpiece.
