AK-47 | Inheritance (Battle-Scarred)
The AK-47 | Inheritance (Battle-Scarred) is a Covert rifle skin with a blue-and-white porcelain design inspired by traditional Chinese pottery and Delft Blauw art, in its most heavily worn condition. It's the cheapest way into a high-end Covert AK, trading pristine looks for the lowest entry price — for players who care more about the design than the condition.
Design
Inheritance channels traditional Chinese porcelain and Delft Blauw pottery, giving the rifle a blue-and-white heritage motif rendered in flowing, hand-painted detail. The design is a community submission from the artist Endrit and ships with a fitting in-game line: "A family heirloom, passed through generations."
AK-47 | Inheritance (Battle-Scarred) Float and Wear
At Battle-Scarred the finish wears its damage openly — heavy scratching and paint loss spread across the body, and on the pale base that wear is plain to see. The blue porcelain detailing survives as the feature that keeps the skin readable. This finish is float-capped near 0.80, so it never reaches the very top of the wear scale, and Battle-Scarred stays identifiable even at its roughest.
AK-47 | Inheritance Rarity
Rarity: Covert (the red tier). No standard weapon skin grade climbs higher; it stands a step above Classified and counts as one of the rarest things you can pull from its case.
AK-47 | Inheritance Case and Collection
Part of The Kilowatt Collection, the AK-47 | Inheritance is a Kilowatt Case drop. With the Covert tier as a whole dropping about 0.64% of the time from the case, it's a genuinely rare pull — the majority of copies move through the market rather than coming straight from a case.
AK-47 | Inheritance Patterns
No random pattern variation exists on the AK-47 | Inheritance; the porcelain artwork is laid out the same way on every copy, so hunting a paint seed or "blue gem" leads nowhere. Wear and float alone distinguish one Inheritance from another.
StatTrak & Souvenir
A StatTrak™ AK-47 | Inheritance exists, dropping from the Kilowatt Case with a confirmed-kill counter added; it's a rarer, costlier version than the base skin, and the counter is permanent, remaining with the item across trades and sales. There's no Souvenir version either — Souvenir weapons originate only from Major-tournament souvenir packages, and Inheritance has never been part of a Major drop.
AK-47 | Inheritance Price
Battle-Scarred is the cheapest grade of the skin — the entry-level way to run a Covert AK for players who care more about the look than the condition. If you want the blue-and-white porcelain design for as little as possible, this is the way in. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.
FAQ
Is the Battle-Scarred Inheritance still recognizable?
Yes. Despite the heavy scuffing, the blue-and-white porcelain artwork keeps the design readable at a glance in-game. Battle-Scarred is about accepting visible wear — which shows more on this pale base than on a dark skin — in exchange for the lowest price, not losing the look entirely.
Why doesn't the Battle-Scarred Inheritance reach the roughest possible wear?
Because the finish is float-capped near 0.80 rather than the full 1.0, its Battle-Scarred copies never hit the most extreme end of the wear scale. The damage is heavy and openly visible on the light base, but the porcelain detailing keeps the skin identifiable as an Inheritance.
Which gloves go with the AK-47 | Inheritance?
Its blue-and-white porcelain palette suits a cool-toned loadout, so blue or white gloves work best — a blue pair echoes the hand-painted detailing, while white or pale wraps keep the whole build bright and cohesive. Pair it with other blue-accented pieces for a matching set.
