AK-47 | Neon Revolution (Minimal Wear)
The AK-47 | Neon Revolution (Minimal Wear) is a Covert rifle skin that wraps a dark body in vivid street-art graffiti — a hooded figure and neon protest motifs in pink, purple and cyan. At Minimal Wear the design stays nearly as crisp as Factory New for a slightly friendlier price.
Design
Neon Revolution is a community creation by the artists Coridium and Gamersbook. It layers graffiti and street-art imagery — a hooded figure alongside neon protest and revolution motifs in pink, purple and cyan — across a dark base, built up from an eclectic mix of hydrographic decals that are then drip painted. The finish carries a fitting in-game line: "No suicide squad would be complete without it."
AK-47 | Neon Revolution (Minimal Wear) Float and Wear
At Minimal Wear the finish picks up only the faintest wear along the edges, and the dark base keeps it from showing. The neon graffiti stays bright and the pink, purple and cyan tones read almost exactly as they do at Factory New. For most players this grade is the sweet spot between a pristine look and paying full Factory New money.
AK-47 | Neon Revolution Rarity
Rarity: Covert — the red tier. This is the top of the standard weapon grades, the highest a normal case skin can reach, and one of the rarest grades to pull. That scarcity is a big part of why the Neon Revolution is so prized.
AK-47 | Neon Revolution Case and Collection
Neon Revolution belongs to The Gamma 2 Collection and comes out of the Gamma 2 Case, which launched in August 2016. Across the case, the Covert tier lands only about 0.64% of the time, making it the hardest pull in the set by a wide margin — so most copies are traded on the market rather than pulled straight from a case.
AK-47 | Neon Revolution Patterns
There's no random pattern variation on the AK-47 | Neon Revolution — the graffiti layout is placed identically on every copy, so no paint seed or "blue gem" exists to chase. The only differences from one copy to the next come down to wear and float.
StatTrak & Souvenir
There is a StatTrak™ AK-47 | Neon Revolution, which adds a confirmed-kill counter and comes as a rarer, pricier drop from the Gamma 2 Case than the standard skin; that counter is permanent and carries over whenever the item is traded or sold. No Souvenir version exists — Souvenir weapons come only from Major-tournament packages, and the Gamma 2 Case was never a Major drop.
AK-47 | Neon Revolution Price
Minimal Wear sits just below Factory New on the price ladder while looking almost identical, which makes it a smart middle-ground buy. It's a premium finish within the AK-47 lineup that trims a little off the top grade. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.
FAQ
Does Minimal Wear look much different from Factory New?
Barely. Minimal Wear adds only the lightest edge wear, and the dark base hides it, so the neon graffiti stays essentially as vivid as Factory New to the naked eye. The main difference is price — you get a near-pristine look without paying for the very cleanest grade.
Is Minimal Wear a good value for the Neon Revolution?
For a lot of buyers, yes. It keeps the bright, high-contrast artwork intact but costs less than Factory New. If you want a good-looking Covert AK without stretching to the top grade, it's one of the more sensible picks in the range.
Which gloves go with the AK-47 | Neon Revolution?
Its dark base with pink, purple and cyan neon suits a colorful, high-contrast loadout. Gloves that echo the pink or purple tones tie the set together, while dark or black wraps let the neon graffiti stay the star. Either way keeps the street-art energy of the skin front and center.
