AK-47 | Phantom Disruptor (Minimal Wear)

AK-47 | Phantom Disruptor (Minimal Wear)

The AK-47 | Phantom Disruptor (Minimal Wear) is a Classified rifle skin with a matte black body and a purple, spectral creature painted across it in a dotted, halftone-style treatment. Minimal Wear keeps the design looking almost pristine while costing less than Factory New — a smart pick if you want a near-mint phantom figure without paying for the top grade.

Design

At the heart of the Phantom Disruptor is a mistform illusion creature, custom painted over a matte black base in cool purple and magenta tones. A dotted, halftone-style texture lends the figure its spectral, digital-disruption character. Community artist Apel is behind the design, pairing the look with an eerie in-game line: "It can be whatever it wants, wherever it wants, and yet it chooses to reside with you…"

AK-47 | Phantom Disruptor (Minimal Wear) Float and Wear

At Minimal Wear the finish shows only the faintest wear, mostly on the high edges, while the matte black base stays clean and the purple creature reads sharp. The dark backdrop hides what little scuffing there is, so a Minimal Wear copy looks nearly indistinguishable from Factory New at a glance — which makes this grade a strong value option.

AK-47 | Phantom Disruptor Rarity

This finish is Classified, the pink tier that sits second from the top of the standard weapon grades, one rung under Covert. Pulling that grade straight from a case is genuinely uncommon.

AK-47 | Phantom Disruptor Case and Collection

Phantom Disruptor belongs to The Prisma 2 Collection and comes out of the Prisma 2 Case, which launched in March 2020. Across the case the Classified tier drops roughly 3.2% of the time, and because supply depends entirely on how often the case is opened, most copies are picked up on the market rather than unboxed.

AK-47 | Phantom Disruptor Patterns

There's no random pattern variation on this finish — the purple creature and matte black base land identically on every copy, so no paint seed or "blue gem" is worth hunting. Only wear and float set one copy apart from the next.

StatTrak & Souvenir

A StatTrak™ version does exist, adding a confirmed-kill counter; it drops more rarely and costs more than the standard skin, and that counter stays permanent, following the item through trades and sales. No Souvenir variant was ever made — Souvenir weapons only come from Major-tournament packages, and the Prisma 2 Case has never been a Major drop.

AK-47 | Phantom Disruptor Price

Minimal Wear sits just below Factory New on the price ladder while looking almost identical, which makes it the value sweet spot of the range. It's a budget-friendly Classified AK to begin with, so Minimal Wear gets you a near-mint phantom finish for very little. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.

FAQ

Does Minimal Wear look worn?

Barely. The matte black base and dark palette hide the light edge wear that Minimal Wear brings, so the skin reads as clean to most eyes. The purple creature stays sharp and the halftone texture holds up, meaning a Minimal Wear copy looks close to Factory New for a lower price.

Is Minimal Wear the best value AK-47 | Phantom Disruptor?

For most buyers, yes. It costs less than Factory New but looks almost the same thanks to the wear-hiding dark base, and the whole skin is affordable to begin with. Field-Tested and the rougher grades are cheaper still if you want the lowest entry price and don't mind some visible scuffing.

Which gloves go with the AK-47 | Phantom Disruptor?

Its black-and-purple palette suits a dark, moody loadout, so black or purple gloves work best — a purple pair picks up the spectral creature, while plain black wraps keep the stealthy, matte vibe intact. Something like the Specialist Gloves | Crimson Kimono or a dark Hydra Gloves set ties the look together.
