AK-47 | Steel Delta (Battle-Scarred)

AK-47 | Steel Delta (Battle-Scarred)

The AK-47 | Steel Delta (Battle-Scarred) is a Mil-Spec Grade rifle skin covered in angular, steel-toned grooves that trace across the body like the contour lines of a topographical map, in its most heavily worn condition. It's the cheapest way into the design, trading a clean surface for the lowest entry price.

Design

A community design from the artist SayChains, Steel Delta paints the rifle with angular grooves in cool steel tones that mimic the contour lines of a topographical map — restrained and military instead of flashy. Its in-game line reads: "Bleed between the lines."

AK-47 | Steel Delta (Battle-Scarred) Float and Wear

At Battle-Scarred the Steel Delta wears its damage openly — heavy scratching and paint loss spread across the body, and the finish is worn thin in places. The topographical grooves survive as the anchor that keeps the skin recognizable. This finish tops out at 0.73, so it never reaches the extreme end of the float scale, and the skin stays legible even at its roughest.

AK-47 | Steel Delta Rarity

This is a Mil-Spec Grade finish — the blue tier, the first step on the standard weapon-grade ladder, positioned under Restricted and Classified. Mil-Spec drops are the most frequent of all, a big reason Steel Delta is so easy to pick up.

AK-47 | Steel Delta Case and Collection

This finish comes from The Anubis Collection. It isn't unboxed from a weapon case — as a collection skin, it's obtained through trade-ups or the Anubis Souvenir Packages given out during Majors. Mil-Spec makes up the largest portion of a collection's drops, keeping Steel Delta plentiful and mostly market-traded.

AK-47 | Steel Delta Patterns

Pattern-wise the skin is uniform: the topographical grooves sit the same on every unit, so there's no random variation, no paint seed, and no "blue gem" to pursue. Wear and float are the only distinguishing factors.

StatTrak & Souvenir

There's no StatTrak version of Steel Delta — StatTrak weapons are generated exclusively inside weapon cases, and this skin doesn't belong to one. A Souvenir edition does exist: it comes from the Anubis-map Major-tournament souvenir packages, and those copies may display commemorative gold player and team stickers, making rare Souvenir examples highly collectible. Souvenir items are never StatTrak.

AK-47 | Steel Delta Price

Battle-Scarred is the cheapest grade of the skin — the entry-level way to run the design for players who care more about the look than the condition. Since Steel Delta is already a budget AK finish, this is about the lowest-cost way to get it into your loadout. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.

FAQ

Is the Battle-Scarred Steel Delta still recognizable?

Yes. Despite the heavy scuffing, the steel-toned grooves keep the topographical pattern readable at a glance in-game. Battle-Scarred is about accepting visible wear in exchange for the lowest price, not losing the design entirely — the contour-line look still comes through clearly at normal play distance.

Why doesn't the Battle-Scarred Steel Delta look completely trashed?

Because the finish is float-capped at 0.73 rather than the full 1.0, its Battle-Scarred copies never reach the most extreme wear. Combined with muted steel tones that don't spotlight damage, the Steel Delta stays more legible at Battle-Scarred than many brighter, lighter-colored skins do.

Which gloves go with the AK-47 | Steel Delta?

Its cool, steel-toned palette suits a muted, tactical loadout, so gray, gunmetal or desert-neutral gloves sit well with it. The understated military look pairs cleanly with other subdued skins rather than bright, saturated ones, keeping the whole loadout coherent instead of clashing.
