AWP | Capillary (Minimal Wear)
The AWP | Capillary (Minimal Wear) is a Mil-Spec sniper rifle skin covered in teal and coral veins that branch across the frame like capillaries. Minimal Wear keeps that vein network almost fully intact, with only the faintest surface wear — a near-top-grade look for noticeably less than the cleanest condition.
Design
The finish comes from community designer M03H, who took a biological, organic idea and ran with it: teal and coral lines spreading and splitting across the AWP the way capillaries do under skin. The result leans cool and blue with warm coral threads woven through, an abstract pattern that stands apart from the rifle's usual dragons and beasts.
AWP | Capillary (Minimal Wear) Float and Wear
With a float band of 0.05 to 0.70, this skin lands just above Factory New at Minimal Wear. Any wear here is minor and shows first on the rail and scope edges, while the teal keeps most of its richness and the coral branching stays easy to follow. For a lot of buyers it's the sweet spot — nearly the top-grade look without paying for the very lowest float.
AWP | Capillary Rarity
Rarity: Mil-Spec Grade, the blue tier. On the standard cosmetic ladder it slots above Industrial and beneath Restricted, and it's the tier you pull most often from a case — common enough that these skins stay easy on the wallet.
AWP | Capillary Case and Collection
Capillary belongs to The Prisma 2 Collection and is unboxed from the Prisma 2 Case, which launched on March 31, 2020. Blue-grade skins like this make up the largest share of what the case returns: the Mil-Spec tier drops around 80% of the time overall, with that figure split among all the skins that share the tier.
AWP | Capillary Patterns
Don't go hunting for a special seed on this one — the teal-and-coral vein layout lands the same across every copy, so there's no random pattern variation and no "blue gem" to pay up for. The only real differences between copies come down to their wear and float values.
StatTrak & Souvenir
There is a StatTrak™ Capillary, which tacks a live kill counter onto the skin; it's a rarer, pricier drop than the plain version, and the counter is permanent — it carries over whenever the item changes hands. A Souvenir variant, though, doesn't exist: those are produced solely through Major-tournament souvenir packages, and the Prisma 2 Case never released as one.
AWP | Capillary Price
Minimal Wear sits just under Factory New on this finish's ladder, a small drop in price for a look that's very close to the cleanest grade. Zoom out and the whole finish is a budget AWP pick, so Minimal Wear stays affordable while giving you almost the full effect. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.
FAQ
How does Minimal Wear compare to Factory New here?
Very closely. Minimal Wear carries only light wear on the rail and scope edges, so the teal saturation and coral detail look almost identical to Factory New from normal viewing distance. The main reason to pick it is price: you save over the top grade while giving up very little of the pattern's clarity.
Can I get Capillary from a trade-up?
You can. As a Mil-Spec skin it can appear as the output of a trade-up using Industrial-grade inputs from the right collections, or you can pull it straight from the Prisma 2 Case. In practice, buying the exact wear you want on the market is simpler and usually cheaper than gambling on either route.
Is Capillary a good pick for a colorful loadout?
It is. The teal-and-coral veins bring a cool, organic splash of color that pops against darker guns, and because it's a budget finish you can build around it without a big outlay. It suits players who want their AWP to look distinctive without chasing an expensive dragon or beast skin.
