AWP | CMYK (Battle-Scarred)

The AWP | CMYK (Battle-Scarred) is a Covert sniper skin showing its white-based, multicolored abstract print in the most heavily worn condition. It's the cheapest way into a graphic-design AWP, trading surface quality for the lowest entry price.

Design

CMYK keeps its concept rooted in the printing process: over a plain white base runs a dense abstract design made from the four process colors — cyan, magenta, yellow, and black — that layer together to produce every other hue. Crafted by Valve for an artistic, poster-like effect, it ships with a fitting in-game quote: "I knew you'd return; I just didn't expect it to be so soon..."

AWP | CMYK (Battle-Scarred) Float and Wear

At Battle-Scarred the finish wears its damage openly — heavy scratching and paint loss spread across the rifle, and on a white base the grime and scuffing read louder than on almost any dark skin. The once-punchy process colors look muted and broken up, yet the abstract print stays recognizable because the composition is so busy. Notably, this finish is float-capped at 0.80, so its copies never reach the very extreme end of the wear scale, and the design holds together even at its roughest.

AWP | CMYK Rarity

Rarity: Covert, the red tier. It sits at the top of the standard weapon grades, a step above Classified, and is the highest rarity the AWP carries — a genuinely uncommon finish to end up with.

AWP | CMYK Case and Collection

CMYK is a Graphic Design Collection finish, and as a Covert it belongs to the rarest tier, appearing just about 0.64% of the time. With drops that infrequent the supply is effectively fixed, so the market — not chance drops — is where most buyers source their copy.

AWP | CMYK Patterns

Because the abstract artwork prints the same way on every CMYK, the finish has no random pattern variation — nothing like a paint seed or "blue gem" to hunt for. Wear and float are all that separate one copy from the next.

StatTrak & Souvenir

There's no StatTrak CMYK in existence — StatTrak counters are minted only through weapon-case unboxings, and this finish was never given the variant. Souvenir is likewise off the table, through a separate route: Souvenir weapons drop exclusively from Major-tournament souvenir packages, and this finish has never been part of a Major.

AWP | CMYK Price

Battle-Scarred is the cheapest grade of the skin — the entry-level way to run a Covert AWP for players who care more about owning the design than about its condition. Even so, grail-tier demand means this floor still sits well above ordinary AWP finishes. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.

FAQ

Is the Battle-Scarred CMYK still recognizable?

Yes. Despite heavy scuffing and grime on the white base, the dense spread of cyan, magenta, yellow, and black keeps the design readable at a glance in-game. Battle-Scarred is about accepting obvious wear in exchange for the lowest price on a Covert skin — you lose surface quality, not the artwork itself.

Why doesn't the Battle-Scarred CMYK look completely destroyed?

Because the finish is float-capped at 0.80 rather than the full 1.0, its copies never reach the most extreme wear. The white base does make what damage there is very visible, but the cap plus the busy, colorful print keep the design legible where a plainer skin might look ruined at the same grade.

Which gloves go with CMYK?

Its white canvas and full CMYK palette suit a bold, colorful loadout, so vivid multicolored gloves match its energy — a cyan or magenta pair echoes the print directly. Prefer something calmer? White or light-gray wraps keep the look tidy and let the rifle's artwork carry the loadout.
