AWP | Printstream (Battle-Scarred)

AWP | Printstream (Battle-Scarred)

The AWP | Printstream (Battle-Scarred) is a Covert sniper skin with a stark black-and-white printed body, a diagonal streak of repeating logos, and pearlescent highlights, in its most heavily worn condition. It's the cheapest way into a hugely popular AWP design, trading surface condition for the lowest entry price.

Design

The Printstream keeps things minimal: a diagonal run of repeating logos over a stark black-and-white base, topped with pearlescent highlights — a high-tech, modern look that swaps busy graphics for pure contrast. It's a community creation from the designer JTPNZ.

AWP | Printstream (Battle-Scarred) Float and Wear

The finish spans the entire float range, and Battle-Scarred is its roughest grade. Here the print wears its damage openly — heavy scratching and paint loss across the body, with the pearlescent sheen effectively gone. What saves it is the design's core contrast: the black-and-white print and logo streak stay readable even at this level, so the skin still comes across as a Printstream at its cheapest.

AWP | Printstream Rarity

Rarity: Covert — the red tier. It stands at the top of the standard weapon grades and is the rarest band short of a knife, the highest a printed AWP finish can climb.

AWP | Printstream Case and Collection

The Printstream sits within The Fever Collection and is unboxed from the Fever Case. The Covert tier as a whole drops around 0.64% of the time from that case, with the rate shared across the tier's skins, so any red-tier result is genuinely rare. Given that, the market — not the case — is where most copies come from.

AWP | Printstream Patterns

There's no random pattern variation to speak of on the Printstream: the diagonal logo streak and monochrome print are fixed the same way on every copy, so no paint seed or "blue gem" is worth chasing. The only differences between copies are wear and float.

StatTrak & Souvenir

You can also track down a StatTrak™ AWP | Printstream, which adds a confirmed-kill counter; it's rarer and pricier than the standard Fever Case drop, and the counter is permanent, following the item through every trade or sale. There's no Souvenir variant — Souvenir weapons are made only through Major-tournament souvenir packages, and this skin's case was never released in that form.

AWP | Printstream Price

Battle-Scarred is the cheapest grade of the skin — the entry-level way to run this design for players who value the look over the condition. If you want the black-and-white Printstream on the AWP for as little as possible, this is the way in. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.

FAQ

Is the Battle-Scarred Printstream still recognizable?

Yes. Despite the heavy scuffing and lost pearlescent shine, the black-and-white print and diagonal logo streak keep the design clearly readable at a glance in-game. Battle-Scarred is about accepting visible wear in exchange for the lowest price, not losing the look that makes the Printstream popular.

Why buy the Battle-Scarred grade at all?

Price, mainly. It's the cheapest entry to a premium, in-demand AWP finish, and because the bold contrast survives wear, the skin still reads as a Printstream from playing distance. It's the pick for players who want the design in their loadout without paying for a cleaner grade.

Does StatTrak exist for the Battle-Scarred Printstream?

It does. A StatTrak™ Battle-Scarred copy can be found, dropping from the same Fever Case as a rarer variant with a confirmed-kill counter. It pairs the lowest-cost grade with the counter, so it's a way to own a StatTrak Printstream for less than the higher wears command.
