Desert Eagle | Blaze (Minimal Wear)
The Desert Eagle | Blaze (Minimal Wear) is a Restricted pistol skin, its signature orange-and-yellow flames airbrushed across a chrome slide. Because the finish never reaches the worn grades, Minimal Wear is the most affordable way to own it while looking nearly untouched.
Design
The look is pure fire: orange and yellow flames climbing a bright chrome body, one of the most recognizable pistol designs Counter-Strike has. It has been painted by airbrushing transparent paints over a chrome base coat, and that translucent layering is exactly what gives the flames their glossy, lit-from-within glow.
Desert Eagle | Blaze (Minimal Wear) Float and Wear
The finish is capped at a float of 0.08, which is remarkably tight — it never even reaches Field-Tested, so Minimal Wear is as worn as the skin ever gets. In practice that means "worn" barely applies: the chrome stays reflective and the flames keep their color, with only the faintest edge wear on close inspection. It's the value entry point to a design that always presents clean.
Desert Eagle | Blaze Rarity
Rarity: Restricted, the purple grade. It ranks in the upper-middle of the standard weapon tiers — beneath Classified and Covert, but still an uncommon skin to unbox.
Desert Eagle | Blaze Case and Collection
Part of The Dust Collection, the Blaze debuted alongside the Arms Deal update in August 2013, making it one of the earliest skins the game ever shipped. Within the collection the Restricted tier unboxes about 15.98% of the time (a figure shared across the tier), and because the collection is so old, buyers pick up nearly all copies on the market rather than from fresh drops.
Desert Eagle | Blaze Patterns
There's no random pattern roll on the Blaze — every copy places the flames and chrome the same way, so no paint seed or "blue gem" is worth chasing. The only things that set one apart from another are its wear and float.
StatTrak & Souvenir
A StatTrak Blaze was never made: StatTrak versions are generated inside weapon cases, and this finish belongs to a collection with no attached case, so a counter variant can't exist. The same goes for Souvenir — those are produced only from Major-tournament packages, and The Dust Collection has never featured as a Major drop.
Desert Eagle | Blaze Price
Minimal Wear is the lower-priced of the Blaze's two grades, a small step under Factory New for a look that's very hard to tell apart. Even so, the Blaze ranks among the priciest Desert Eagle finishes overall, so this is still a high-end, grail-tier buy. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.
FAQ
Does the Minimal Wear Blaze look worn?
Hardly at all. Since the finish is float-capped at 0.08 and never drops past Minimal Wear, even this grade shows only the faintest edge wear, with the chrome and flames intact. To most eyes a Minimal Wear copy is nearly indistinguishable from Factory New, which makes it the smart-value pick of the two.
Is Minimal Wear worth it over Factory New?
For most buyers, yes. Minimal Wear costs less than Factory New yet looks almost identical, because the tight float cap keeps wear minimal to begin with. Pay up for Factory New if you want the absolute brightest chrome on the shelf; otherwise Minimal Wear delivers the same flames for less.
Are there any worn grades of the Blaze?
No. The finish tops out at a float of 0.08, so Field-Tested, Well-Worn, and Battle-Scarred versions never exist — only Factory New and Minimal Wear. That's part of the appeal: whichever grade you buy, the flames and chrome always look sharp.
