Desert Eagle | Cobalt Disruption (Factory New)
The Desert Eagle | Cobalt Disruption (Factory New) is a Classified pistol skin — a blue anodized finish stamped with a digital, pixel-camo "disruption" pattern over a metallic foil base. Factory New is the top grade, where the layered blues and the foil sheen come through at their most vivid.
Design
Cobalt Disruption wraps the Deagle in an anodized coat of cobalt and lighter blues, arranged as a digital pixel-camo pattern that gives the metallic foil surface real depth. Black hardware — the trigger, sights and fasteners — reads dark against the blue body, and the whole thing has a tech-forward, almost circuit-board look. It's a Valve-made finish rather than a community submission.
Desert Eagle | Cobalt Disruption (Factory New) Float and Wear
The finish runs float 0.00–0.20, so it only ever appears in Factory New, Minimal Wear and Field-Tested. At Factory New the surface is untouched: the anodized foil catches light fully and the pixel pattern's blue-on-blue contrast stays at its sharpest. If you want the metallic sheen showing exactly as intended, this is the grade to reach for.
Desert Eagle Cobalt Disruption Rarity
Rarity: Classified — the pink tier, second from the top of the standard weapon grades, just below Covert. It's a genuinely uncommon grade to pull from a case.
Desert Eagle Cobalt Disruption Case and Collection
This skin belongs to The eSports 2013 Winter Collection and drops from the eSports 2013 Winter Case, released with the Winter Offensive update on December 18, 2013. The Classified tier as a whole drops about 3.2% of the time (a rate shared across the tier's skins), and with this early case long out of the active drop pool, supply is fixed — most copies change hands on the market rather than from unboxing.
Desert Eagle Cobalt Disruption Patterns
The pattern index shifts the pixel-camo overlay slightly from copy to copy, so no two are placed identically, but there's no rare or "blue gem" variant worth chasing here — every roll lands in the same blue family. Wear and float do most of the separating between copies.
StatTrak & Souvenir
A StatTrak™ version exists — it came from the eSports 2013 Winter Case and adds a confirmed-kill counter that's permanent, carrying over when the item is traded or sold. There's no Souvenir edition: Souvenir weapons are produced only from Major-tournament packages, and this case was never a Major drop.
Desert Eagle Cobalt Disruption Price
Factory New sits at the top of the price ladder as the highest grade, a clear step above Minimal Wear — a premium pick within Desert Eagle finishes. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.
FAQ
Is Factory New worth it over Minimal Wear?
If you care about the metallic foil sheen, yes. Factory New keeps the anodized surface flawless and the blue pixel contrast at its punchiest, which is the whole appeal of this finish. Minimal Wear looks close and costs less, so pay up only when you want the top condition on the shelf.
Does Cobalt Disruption have pattern variations?
Slightly. The pattern index nudges the pixel-camo overlay around, so copies aren't placed identically, but every one stays in the same cobalt-and-blue palette. There's no special or "blue gem" roll to hunt, so buyers pick mostly on wear grade rather than pattern.
Which gloves go with Cobalt Disruption?
Its all-blue palette suits a cool-toned loadout, so blue gloves are the natural match — a pair with cobalt or teal accents picks up the anodized tones, while darker gloves lean on the black hardware for contrast. Pair it with other blue skins for a color-matched set.
