Desert Eagle | Cobalt Disruption (Minimal Wear)
The Desert Eagle | Cobalt Disruption (Minimal Wear) is a Classified pistol skin with a blue anodized body and a digital pixel-camo pattern over metallic foil. Minimal Wear keeps nearly all of that sheen intact while sitting a notch below the top grade on price.
Design
At its core the finish is an anodized blue coat — cobalt deepening into lighter shades — laid out as a digital, disruptive pixel-camo across a metallic foil base. The trigger, sights and small fasteners stay black, giving the blues something dark to push against, and the result has a distinctly tech, circuit-board feel. Valve designed it in-house.
Desert Eagle | Cobalt Disruption (Minimal Wear) Float and Wear
Cobalt Disruption is float-capped at 0.20, so it exists only in Factory New, Minimal Wear and Field-Tested. At Minimal Wear the anodized surface picks up only the faintest edge wear, and the foil sheen and pixel pattern still read close to their best — most eyes won't spot the difference from Factory New at a glance. It's the value-minded way to get near-top condition.
Desert Eagle Cobalt Disruption Rarity
Rarity: Classified. That's the pink grade, one step under Covert and second-highest among the standard weapon tiers — an uncommon pull from any case.
Desert Eagle Cobalt Disruption Case and Collection
Part of The eSports 2013 Winter Collection, this Deagle is unboxed from the eSports 2013 Winter Case, which arrived with the Winter Offensive update on December 18, 2013. Across the case the Classified tier pulls at roughly 3.2% (that odds figure is shared among the tier's skins), and since this old case left the active drop pool years ago, supply is capped — buyers get most copies on the market.
Desert Eagle Cobalt Disruption Patterns
There's minor variation from the pattern index, which repositions the pixel-camo overlay a little on each copy, but no chase-worthy or rare variant lives in this finish — the palette stays blue across the board. What actually separates copies is condition, not pattern.
StatTrak & Souvenir
There is a StatTrak™ edition, originally a drop from the eSports 2013 Winter Case, and it adds a confirmed-kill counter that stays with the item permanently through trades and sales. No Souvenir version was ever made — Souvenir weapons come only from Major-tournament packages, and this case never featured as a Major drop.
Desert Eagle Cobalt Disruption Price
Minimal Wear lands in the middle of the range — below Factory New but above Field-Tested — which makes it the sweet spot for buyers who want near-top looks without paying the highest-grade premium. As a premium Desert Eagle finish, it's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.
FAQ
Does the Minimal Wear look worn?
Barely. The anodized foil takes only light edge wear at this grade, and the blue pixel pattern is unaffected, so a Minimal Wear copy reads almost like Factory New to most eyes. You'd need a close look at the corners to catch any difference in surface condition.
Is Minimal Wear the best value grade?
For many buyers, yes. It costs noticeably less than Factory New while keeping nearly the same sheen and contrast, so you're paying mainly for a small step in surface condition. Field-Tested is cheaper still if you're willing to accept a bit more visible wear.
What's the difference between Minimal Wear and Factory New here?
Mostly price and a sliver of surface condition. Factory New has a flawless anodized finish; Minimal Wear adds only the faintest edge wear that's hard to spot in-game. Because the finish caps at 0.20, even Field-Tested stays fairly mild, so the grades sit closer together than on a full-range skin.
