Desert Eagle | Heirloom (Field-Tested)
The Desert Eagle | Heirloom (Field-Tested) is a Restricted pistol skin with an engraved scroll pattern set in a muted patina finish. Field-Tested is the mid-range grade, where light aging creeps in on a design that already leans antique — for well under the higher grades.
Design
Heirloom trades flashy graphics for craftsmanship: an ornate scroll pattern engraved and inlaid across the slide, finished in a restrained patina blending gold and silver metal tones. It's a Valve design meant to look like a hand-worked pistol passed down through the years, which is where the name lands.
Desert Eagle | Heirloom (Field-Tested) Float and Wear
The finish covers float 0.00–0.80 across its grades, with Field-Tested sitting in the middle band. Here the gold and darker areas start to show real darkening and some loss of saturation, most visibly on the grip and the edges of the slide, though the scroll pattern stays clearly readable. Fittingly for a skin themed around age, the added wear reads almost as character rather than damage.
Desert Eagle | Heirloom Rarity
Rarity: Restricted — the purple tier. It occupies the middle of the standard weapon grades, one step over Mil-Spec blue and one under Classified pink, making it a genuinely uncommon grade to unbox.
Desert Eagle | Heirloom Case and Collection
This finish is part of The Arms Deal 3 Collection and comes out of the CS:GO Weapon Case 3, released alongside the "Introducing the CZ75-Auto" update in February 2014. Across the case the Restricted tier drops around 15.98% of the time (a rate shared among the tier's skins), and since the case is no longer in the active drop pool, supply is fixed — the market is where most copies come from.
Desert Eagle | Heirloom Patterns
Because the engraved scrollwork is placed the same on every copy, this finish has no random pattern roll — nothing like a paint seed or "blue gem" to track down. Copies are separated only by their wear and float.
StatTrak & Souvenir
You can also find a StatTrak™ Heirloom that adds a confirmed-kill counter; it's a rarer, costlier drop from the CS:GO Weapon Case 3, and the counter is permanent, following the item through trades and sales. There's no Souvenir variant — Souvenir weapons only come from Major-tournament souvenir packages, and this skin's case never featured in one.
Desert Eagle | Heirloom Price
Field-Tested is the value middle of the range — cheaper than Minimal Wear while keeping the design fully recognizable, which makes it a popular way into a premium Deagle finish without paying for a high grade. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.
FAQ
Does the Field-Tested Heirloom look worn?
A bit, but it suits the theme. The gold and black areas darken and lose some saturation, mainly on the grip and slide edges, while the engraved scroll pattern stays fully legible. On a skin built to look aged, that light patina wear often passes for character rather than obvious damage.
Is Field-Tested good value on the Heirloom?
For many buyers, yes. It costs meaningfully less than Minimal Wear and Factory New yet keeps the scrollwork readable and the patina intact enough to carry the antique look. Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred go lower still if you want the cheapest entry and don't mind heavier darkening.
Which gloves pair with a Field-Tested Heirloom?
The warm gold-and-silver patina works with brass, bronze, tan, or gold-toned gloves, and the slightly aged Field-Tested surface leans even more into that vintage feel. Tan or gold-accented wraps tie the loadout together without fighting the metalwork on the slide.
