Desert Eagle | Meteorite (Factory New)
The Desert Eagle | Meteorite (Factory New) is a Mil-Spec pistol skin — a rugged gray metallic body broken up by a crystalline pattern. Factory New is the cleanest grade this finish comes in, showing the speckled texture at its sharpest.
Design
Meteorite wraps the Deagle in a muted gray coat laid down with metallic paint, then runs a crystallizing mask over it to scatter a fine speckled pattern across the slide. Designed by Valve, it blends a natural, meteor-rock theme with a tactical look, and it carries a fitting in-game line: "Everyone wants to make an impact."
Desert Eagle | Meteorite (Factory New) Float and Wear
This finish is float-capped at 0.18, so it ranges only from 0.00 to 0.18 and never reaches the heavily battered grades. At Factory New the gray coat looks smooth and even, with the crystalline speckling reading crisp and no scuffing anywhere. For anyone who wants the texture as tidy as the skin allows, this is the top grade to reach for.
Desert Eagle | Meteorite Rarity
Rarity: Mil-Spec Grade — the blue tier, the entry rung of the standard weapon-skin grades. It's the most common class of skin to pull, which keeps this Deagle friendly on the wallet.
Desert Eagle | Meteorite Case and Collection
Meteorite belongs to The Bank Collection, which arrived with the April 2014 update. Within that collection the Mil-Spec tier is the most common outcome, hitting at roughly 79.92% (a rate shared across the tier's skins), so blue-grade finishes like this one are plentiful and easy to find on the market.
Desert Eagle | Meteorite Patterns
Because the design is built from a crystallizing mask, the speckled crystal pattern falls a little differently on every copy. Even so, there's no prized paint seed or "blue gem" roll to chase here — the variation is subtle, so wear and float are what really separate one copy from the next.
StatTrak & Souvenir
There's no StatTrak version of this skin — StatTrak weapons come only from cases built to offer them, and this finish isn't tied to one. There's no Souvenir edition either, since Souvenir weapons drop exclusively from Major-tournament souvenir packages, and The Bank Collection has never been a Major drop.
Desert Eagle | Meteorite Price
Factory New sits at the top of this finish's short price ladder as the highest grade available, a small step up from Minimal Wear. Even so, it stays firmly in budget territory — one of the most affordable ways to dress up a Deagle. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.
FAQ
Is Factory New worth it over Minimal Wear?
If you want the crystalline texture at its sharpest, yes — Factory New shows the speckled pattern with no scuffing at all. That said, the gray base hides light wear well, so a Minimal Wear copy looks very close for a little less. Both are cheap, so paying up for the top grade barely stings.
Why is there no Well-Worn or Battle-Scarred Meteorite?
The finish is float-capped at 0.18, and the game never rolls a copy above that number. Well-Worn starts at 0.38 and Battle-Scarred higher still, so neither can exist here — Field-Tested is the most worn grade the skin ever reaches, and even that stays fairly mild.
Which gloves go with this skin?
Its muted gray, meteor-rock palette suits a neutral, stealthy loadout, so gray, black, or silver gloves fit best and let the crystalline texture do the talking. A pair with a subtle metallic sheen echoes the finish nicely without fighting it for attention.
