Desert Eagle | Midnight Storm (Battle-Scarred)

Desert Eagle | Midnight Storm (Battle-Scarred)

The Desert Eagle | Midnight Storm (Battle-Scarred) is an Industrial Grade pistol skin with a stormy-sea hydrographic over a blue metallic base, in its most heavily worn condition. It's the cheapest way into the cyan design, trading surface quality for the lowest entry price.

Design

This Deagle wears a Valve finish: a hydrographic of a stormy sea over a blue metallic base coat, all in a vibrant cyan that trades static graphics for a churning, in-motion effect. It even brings a line of in-game dialogue with it — "I don't hate you Sebastien... I pity you."

Desert Eagle | Midnight Storm (Battle-Scarred) Float and Wear

At Battle-Scarred the finish shows its damage openly, with heavy scratching and paint loss spread across the slide and frame and the base worn thin in places. Notably, this finish is float-capped at 0.75 rather than the full 1.0, so its Battle-Scarred copies never reach the most extreme end of the wear scale — the cyan stormy-sea pattern stays legible even at its roughest.

Desert Eagle | Midnight Storm Rarity

Rarity: Industrial Grade — the light-blue grade, second from the bottom of the standard weapon tiers, one rung above Consumer and one below Mil-Spec. As a common tier, it keeps this worn copy at the low end of the ladder.

Desert Eagle | Midnight Storm Case and Collection

The finish sits within The Rising Sun Collection, which launched together with Operation Bloodhound in May 2015. These skins weren't tied to a standalone case; they came out of the operation's drop pool, and with Bloodhound long since wrapped, the market has become the main source for copies today.

Desert Eagle | Midnight Storm Patterns

There's no random pattern roll to consider — the stormy-sea hydrographic prints identically on every Deagle, so no paint seed or "blue gem" exists to chase down. The only things that tell copies apart are their wear and float values.

StatTrak & Souvenir

A StatTrak edition of this skin was never issued. StatTrak weapons are seeded through cases, and this finish doesn't drop from a case, so that counter variant simply isn't part of the lineup. Nor is there a Souvenir version — Souvenir weapons are generated only by Major-tournament souvenir packages, and The Rising Sun Collection has never been a Major drop.

Desert Eagle | Midnight Storm Price

Battle-Scarred is the cheapest grade of the finish — the entry-level way to run the cyan stormy-sea look for players who value the design over its condition. Even at the bottom of its own ladder, this is a well-regarded finish in the Desert Eagle range. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.

FAQ

Is the Battle-Scarred Midnight Storm still recognizable?

Yes. Despite heavy scuffing, the blue metallic base and bright cyan stormy-sea pattern keep the design readable at a glance in-game. Battle-Scarred is about accepting visible wear in exchange for the lowest price, not losing the finish's cool-toned identity entirely.

Why doesn't the Battle-Scarred copy look completely trashed?

Because the finish is float-capped at 0.75 instead of the full 1.0, its worst copies never hit the most extreme wear the scale allows. Paired with a dark blue base that absorbs damage, the stormy-sea pattern stays more legible here than many lighter-colored skins manage at this grade.

Which gloves suit the Midnight Storm?

Its cyan-and-blue palette works best with a cool-toned loadout, so blue or teal gloves are the match — cyan-accented wraps echo the storm wash, while navy pairs settle against the metallic base. Even in this worn grade, it slots cleanly into a blue-themed loadout.
