Desert Eagle | Midnight Storm (Minimal Wear)

Desert Eagle | Midnight Storm (Minimal Wear)

The Desert Eagle | Midnight Storm (Minimal Wear) is an Industrial Grade pistol skin with a stormy-sea hydrographic over a blue metallic base and a vibrant cyan finish. Minimal Wear keeps the cyan bright and the pattern nearly untouched, one small step down from the top grade.

Design

Valve gave this Deagle a hydrographic of a stormy sea printed over a blue metallic base coat, a dynamic cyan look built around churning water rather than static graphics. A line of in-game dialogue rides along with it: "I don't hate you Sebastien... I pity you."

Desert Eagle | Midnight Storm (Minimal Wear) Float and Wear

Sitting just above Factory New on a 0.00–0.75 float scale, Minimal Wear shows only the faintest handling marks along the slide edges. The blue metallic base is dark enough to swallow most of that, so the cyan wash and the stormy-sea pattern still read vivid and near-flawless. It's the value-minded route to a finish that looks all but pristine.

Desert Eagle | Midnight Storm Rarity

Rarity: Industrial Grade, the light-blue tier. It ranks second from the bottom of the standard weapon grades — above Consumer, below Mil-Spec — a common grade that keeps entry costs down.

Desert Eagle | Midnight Storm Case and Collection

The finish is part of The Rising Sun Collection, which arrived with Operation Bloodhound in May 2015. Rather than dropping from a standalone case, its skins came through the operation's drop pool, and since Bloodhound wrapped up long ago, buyers pick up most copies on the market these days.

Desert Eagle | Midnight Storm Patterns

This finish carries no random pattern variation — the stormy-sea hydrographic lands in the same place on every pistol, meaning there's no paint seed or "blue gem" worth tracking. What sets copies apart is purely their wear and float.

StatTrak & Souvenir

A StatTrak edition of this Deagle was never made: StatTrak counters are built into case-drop weapons, and this finish doesn't come from a case, so that variant simply doesn't exist. Souvenir is off the table too, since Souvenir weapons are produced only from Major-tournament souvenir packages and The Rising Sun Collection has never featured as a Major drop.

Desert Eagle | Midnight Storm Price

Minimal Wear lands just under Factory New on the price ladder — a small saving for a look that stays very close to the top grade. Within the wider Desert Eagle lineup it still counts as a premium finish. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.

FAQ

Does the Minimal Wear Midnight Storm look worn?

Barely. The dark blue metallic base hides the light edge marks that come with this grade, so most copies read as near-flawless at a glance. The cyan wash and stormy-sea pattern stay fully vivid, which is why Minimal Wear is such a popular middle ground between price and looks.

Is Minimal Wear the best value grade?

For many buyers, yes. It costs less than Factory New while looking almost identical thanks to the wear-hiding base, and it's easier to find on the market. Field-Tested drops the price further if you don't mind a little visible wear creeping into the cyan.

Why is there no StatTrak Midnight Storm?

StatTrak weapons are seeded into weapon cases, and this finish comes from a collection drop pool instead of a case, so a kill-counter version was never created. That's a mechanism of how the skin was released, not something that can be added later — every copy is a standard finish.
