FAMAS | Hexane (Well-Worn)
The FAMAS | Hexane (Well-Worn) is a Mil-Spec rifle skin with a hexagon-patterned hydrographic dip, shown here at the roughest condition this finish reaches. It's the cheapest way to own the Hexane's geometric look.
Design
The finish is built around a single visual idea from Valve: a hexagon-patterned hydrographic texture dipped over the weapon, with no additional graphics or flavor text layered on top. It's a plain, geometric design rather than a bold statement piece.
FAMAS | Hexane (Well-Worn) Float and Wear
Hexane caps out at a 0.40 max float, meaning Well-Worn is as rough as this finish ever gets — there's no Battle-Scarred grade at all. Even at this top-worn tier, the wear stays milder than a full 1.00-float skin would show, with the hexagon pattern picking up scuffing but remaining fully legible.
FAMAS | Hexane Rarity
Rarity: Mil-Spec Grade, the blue tier and the single most common rarity found in most weapon cases, so there's no scarcity premium attached to this finish.
FAMAS | Hexane Case and Collection
Hexane is part of The Arms Deal 2 Collection and drops from CS:GO Weapon Case 2, which released with The Arms Deal 2 update in November 2013. Mil-Spec finishes from that case pull at roughly 79.92% of openings, a rate shared across the tier.
FAMAS | Hexane Patterns
There's no random pattern variation on Hexane — the hexagon hydrographic sits the same way on every copy. No blue-gem or special-seed version exists to search for; wear and float are the only distinguishing factors.
StatTrak & Souvenir
A StatTrak™ Hexane is available from CS:GO Weapon Case 2 as well, adding a permanent confirmed-kill counter that survives trades and sales. Souvenir doesn't apply here, since Souvenir weapons only come from Major-tournament packages that Hexane has never been included in.
FAMAS | Hexane Price
Well-Worn is the cheapest grade in the Hexane lineup since there's no Battle-Scarred to undercut it further. It's the most budget-friendly way to pick up this affordable mid-tier finish. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.
FAQ
Is Well-Worn the cheapest FAMAS | Hexane available?
Yes. Since Hexane's float is capped at 0.40 and never reaches Battle-Scarred, Well-Worn is the lowest grade and typically the cheapest copy you can buy. It's the go-to choice for the tightest budget.
Does Well-Worn look badly damaged on this skin?
Less than you'd expect. Because the float cap keeps Hexane from ever reaching extreme wear, Well-Worn shows visible scuffing on the hexagon texture without looking trashed. The pattern remains easy to make out.
Can StatTrak Hexane drop in Well-Worn condition?
Yes, the StatTrak version is available across the same wear range as the standard finish, including Well-Worn. It carries the same permanent confirmed-kill counter regardless of which grade you pick up.
