Galil AR | Control (Battle-Scarred)

Galil AR | Control (Battle-Scarred)

The Galil AR | Control (Battle-Scarred) is the roughest-looking copy of this gray, yellow, and red racing-striped Restricted finish. It's the cheapest way to add the design to a loadout, trading surface condition for the lowest price on the ladder.

Design

The look centers on racing-style striping — gray, yellow, and red paint banded across the body instead of one flat color, a nod to motorsport liveries. Community artist FROG created it, and the finish carries the in-game line "Now available with all-wheel drive."

Galil AR | Control (Battle-Scarred) Float and Wear

Float on the Control caps out around 0.80, so even Battle-Scarred stops short of the full 1.0 ceiling some skins reach — the worst copies here are milder than a truly maxed-out finish elsewhere. Expect heavy scuffing and faded paint across the stripes and body panels, though the yellow and red tones still peek through enough to keep the racing look identifiable.

Galil AR | Control Rarity

Rarity: Restricted — a step below Classified but well above the Mil-Spec finishes that dominate most case openings, making it an uncommon pull regardless of wear grade.

Galil AR | Control Case and Collection

This finish is part of The Fever Collection, dropping from the Fever Case that launched with the Spring Forward update in March 2025. As a group, Restricted-tier skins land at around 15.98% of case openings, a rate shared across the whole tier rather than unique to the Control.

Galil AR | Control Patterns

Because the racing stripes sit identically on every copy of the Control, there's no random pattern variation and nothing like a blue-gem seed to hunt for. Wear grade and float alone decide how a given copy looks.

StatTrak & Souvenir

There's also a StatTrak™ Galil AR | Control, carrying a permanent confirmed-kill counter that stays with the weapon through trades and sales; it's rarer and pricier than the standard skin. No Souvenir version exists, since those only come from Major-tournament packages and this collection hasn't been featured in one.

Galil AR | Control Price

Battle-Scarred is the cheapest grade on the Control's ladder, the entry point for players who want the racing livery without paying for a cleaner copy. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.

FAQ

How worn does the Battle-Scarred Control actually look?

Fairly worn — expect heavy scuffing and faded patches across the stripes and body. That said, the float on this finish never reaches the extreme 1.0 ceiling, so it stays milder-looking than a fully maxed-out Battle-Scarred skin elsewhere in the game.

Is Battle-Scarred the best budget option for this skin?

Yes, it's the cheapest of the five grades. If you want the racing livery for as little as possible and don't mind visible wear, this is the way in; Well-Worn is the next step up if you want a bit less damage for a bit more cost.

Can the Galil AR | Control drop as StatTrak or Souvenir?

StatTrak, yes — a separate StatTrak™ version exists with a permanent kill counter. Souvenir, no — Souvenir weapons only come from Major-tournament packages, and The Fever Collection has never been part of one, so a Souvenir Control was never produced.
