Glock-18 | Brass (Battle-Scarred)

Glock-18 | Brass (Battle-Scarred)

The Glock-18 | Brass (Battle-Scarred) is the roughest-looking grade of this Restricted pistol skin, still built on the same brass-and-gold patina. It's the cheapest way to add the finish to a loadout.

Design

Sections of the slide and frame carry a warm brass-and-gold metallic patina, with the whole finish darkening as wear increases — a Valve-made design carrying the flavor text "Fool's gold."

Glock-18 | Brass (Battle-Scarred) Float and Wear

The Brass floats across the full 0.00–1.00 range, with Battle-Scarred sitting right at the top of it. Expect heavy scuffing and a substantially dulled patina here. This is the roughest the finish gets, and the price reflects that.

Glock-18 | Brass Rarity

Rarity: Restricted, the purple tier sitting one step above Mil-Spec Grade and one below Classified — an uncommon drop regardless of how worn the copy is.

Glock-18 | Brass Case and Collection

The Brass traces back to The Dust Collection and the Arms Deal update from August 2013. Since no case is tied to this finish, every copy comes from a collection drop or trade-up rather than an unboxing.

Glock-18 | Brass Patterns

Being a patina finish, the Brass has no special blue-gem-style pattern to chase, but seed-to-seed texture variation is still real — some seeds simply look cleaner than others. At Battle-Scarred that difference is harder to appreciate under the heavy wear, but it's part of why some buyers still shop by seed.

StatTrak & Souvenir

Only the regular version of this finish exists; no StatTrak variant was ever produced. Souvenir is also absent, since those weapons come exclusively from Major-tournament packages, and the Brass was never part of one.

Glock-18 | Brass Price

Battle-Scarred is the cheapest grade on the Brass ladder, the entry point for anyone who wants the finish without paying for a cleaner surface. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.

FAQ

Is the Battle-Scarred Brass still recognizable?

Yes. Even with heavy scuffing and a dulled patina, the overall gold tone remains identifiable in-game. It's rougher than any other grade, but it doesn't lose the design entirely.

What's the cheapest way to own the Brass?

Battle-Scarred. It's the lowest grade on the price ladder, trading a cleaner surface for the lowest possible cost — a solid pick for players who just want the finish in their loadout without spending extra.

Which gloves pair well with the Brass?

The warm gold-and-brass tones lean naturally toward tan, brown, or gold-toned gloves for a matching loadout feel. A pair like Hand Wraps in a leather or amber shade keeps the whole setup visually consistent.
