Glock-18 | Bunsen Burner (Well-Worn)
The Glock-18 | Bunsen Burner is built around a blue patina that's been polished away in patches to form a graphic flame design on the slide. Well-Worn pushes further into that patina texture, giving the finish a rougher, more weathered feel while staying one of the cheaper ways to own this flame pattern.
Design
Community designer PTP built this one around a simple idea — polish a blue patina away in sections until a flame shape emerges on the slide. Valve's own finish description confirms the same: no extra motifs, just the patina and the flame it reveals.
Glock-18 | Bunsen Burner (Well-Worn) Float and Wear
Float for this finish tops out at 0.8 rather than the usual 1.0, and Well-Worn sits close to that upper edge. The flame pattern is still there, but the surrounding patina looks noticeably rougher and grimier here than on the cleaner grades, with less contrast between the polished flame and the untouched metal.
Glock-18 | Bunsen Burner Rarity
Rarity-wise this is Mil-Spec Grade, the tier the Falchion Case produces most often.
Glock-18 | Bunsen Burner Case and Collection
The Bunsen Burner is a Falchion Case drop from The Falchion Collection, which debuted in May 2015 with Operation Bloodhound. Mil-Spec finishes like this one make up the bulk of that case's pulls, at roughly 80 percent of opens.
Glock-18 | Bunsen Burner Patterns
No blue-gem-style rarity applies here, but seed still matters — the patina texture varies copy to copy, and at Well-Worn that variation becomes more visible since the added surface wear interacts with however clean or rough the underlying seed pattern already was.
StatTrak & Souvenir
Regular and StatTrak versions both exist for this finish, sourced from the same Falchion Case. There's no Souvenir edition, since Souvenir weapons only come from Major-tournament packages and the Bunsen Burner has never been offered in one.
Glock-18 | Bunsen Burner Price
Well-Worn ranks near the bottom of this finish's price ladder, ahead of only the most worn grade. It's one of the most budget-friendly ways to grab the Bunsen Burner's flame design within its overall affordable mid-tier pricing. Skin.Land's market page has current listings for this grade.
FAQ
Why does Well-Worn look rougher than the other grades?
Because it sits near the top of this finish's float range, which tops out at 0.8. The extra surface texture that comes with higher float makes the patina look grimier and reduces the contrast between the polished flame sections and the rest of the slide compared to cleaner wears.
Is the flame design still visible on Well-Worn?
Yes, the graphic flame shape stays intact — it just loses some of its sharp definition as the surrounding patina picks up more wear texture. It's a noticeably rougher look than Field-Tested or above, but the design itself doesn't disappear.
Does StatTrak come in Well-Worn for this skin?
Yes, the StatTrak version is available across the full wear range pulled from the Falchion Case, including Well-Worn. No Souvenir version exists at any wear, since that requires a Major-tournament package this finish has never appeared in.
