Glock-18 | Fully Tuned (Factory New)

Glock-18 | Fully Tuned (Factory New)

The Glock-18 | Fully Tuned (Factory New) is a Covert pistol skin — a custom-painted Glock finished in neon colors laid over metallic glitter. Factory New is the cleanest grade the finish comes in, showing the loud paintwork at its brightest and most vivid.

Design

Fully Tuned is a custom paint job on the Glock-18, done in neon colors over metallic glitter for a finish that catches the light and refuses to be ignored. It comes from community artist kadzor, known for detail-driven, boldly styled CS2 designs, and it ships with a knowing in-game line: "It's a bit much for me, but I'm not the target audience... - Booth, Arms Dealer"

Factory New Float and Wear

Factory New is the cleanest grade the finish reaches, sitting at the very bottom of the float scale below 0.07. At this level the neon colors read at full saturation and the metallic glitter sparkles without any dulling, showing the custom paint job exactly as designed. The whole finish spans float 0.00–1.00, and this grade is the top of that ladder.

Rarity

Rarity: Covert — the red tier, the highest of the standard weapon grades. Covert skins are among the toughest pulls a case has to offer.

Case and Collection

The Glock-18 | Fully Tuned belongs to The Dead Hand Collection and is unboxed from the Sealed Dead Hand Terminal, released with The Dead Hand update in March 2026. The Covert tier pulls at roughly 0.64% from the container (a rate shared across the tier's skins), so copies are scarce and most change hands on the market rather than out of a fresh terminal.

Patterns

Fully Tuned has no random pattern variation — the neon paint and glitter land the same way on every copy, so there's no paint seed or blue-gem roll to chase. Wear and float are all that separate one from another.

StatTrak & Souvenir

There's no StatTrak™ version of this finish — it wasn't released with a kill-counter variant. A Souvenir version doesn't exist either: Souvenir weapons come only from Major-tournament souvenir packages, and the Sealed Dead Hand Terminal was never a Major drop.

Factory New Price

Factory New sits at the top of the Fully Tuned price ladder as the cleanest, most sought-after grade — a high-end, grail-tier Glock that commands the finish's steepest price. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.

FAQ

Is Factory New worth it over Minimal Wear?

If you want the neon paint and glitter at absolute peak vibrancy, yes — Factory New shows the finish with no wear at all. Minimal Wear looks nearly the same for less, though, so it comes down to whether you're paying for the very top grade or the smarter value just below it.

Why is the paint on Fully Tuned so flashy?

That's the whole point of the finish. Designer kadzor custom-painted the Glock in neon colors over metallic glitter, built to catch light and stand out rather than blend in. Even the in-game flavor line leans into it: "It's a bit much for me, but I'm not the target audience."

Which gloves go with Fully Tuned?

Its neon, glitter-flecked palette suits a loud, colorful loadout rather than anything muted — bright or multicolor gloves play up the flashy vibe, while a set that picks out one of the slide's neon tones ties the look together. Save the plain black wraps for a more restrained skin.
