Glock-18 | Gamma Doppler Emerald (Field-Tested)
The Glock-18 | Gamma Doppler Emerald (Field-Tested) is a Covert pistol skin from the green Doppler line, wearing the prized Emerald phase with its wide emerald-green marbling. Field-Tested is the more affordable way into the grail phase, adding a little honest wear to a green that still comes through strong.
Design
Doppler's green variant mixes black and silver metallic paint in a marbleizing medium under a candy-coat gloss, and on Emerald the result is a bright green-and-black marble. The phase's calling card is its reach: green washes over most of the slide, so the pistol carries a jewel-toned shimmer well beyond what the darker numbered phases show.
Glock-18 | Gamma Doppler Emerald (Field-Tested) Float and Wear
On the 0.00–0.50 float range, Field-Tested occupies the middle stretch. Here you'll see some light scratching along the slide edges and the candy gloss softens a touch, but the emerald marble stays the dominant feature and the green keeps most of its punch. It's the grade that balances the phase's rich color against a friendlier price.
Glock-18 | Gamma Doppler Emerald Rarity
Rarity: Covert — the red, top-most tier for a standard weapon finish. Within the collection the Covert entries surface at roughly 0.64% (a figure shared across the whole tier), which keeps any Gamma Doppler Glock uncommon and pushes the Emerald phase into genuinely rare territory.
Glock-18 | Gamma Doppler Emerald Case and Collection
This skin comes from The 2021 Train Collection, released when Operation Riptide launched in September 2021. No standalone case ever carried it; instead the finish appeared as a collection drop over the course of the operation. With Riptide finished, no new copies enter circulation, so the secondary market supplies today's buyers.
Glock-18 | Gamma Doppler Emerald Patterns
Gamma Doppler exists across multiple phases — Phase 1 to Phase 4 and Emerald — with the phase setting the pattern of green and black across the metal. Emerald stands at the top: the greenest, rarest, and most valuable arrangement. Since the phase drives both look and price, shoppers choose it on purpose, and Skin.Land's phase filter lets you zero in on Emerald listings.
StatTrak & Souvenir
You'll only find this finish as a standard skin — neither a StatTrak nor a Souvenir edition was made. StatTrak versions exist purely as alternate case unboxings, and because this Gamma Doppler shipped inside a collection rather than a weapon case, no counter model was created. A Souvenir edition is off the table too, as those come exclusively from Major-tournament packages that never featured this skin.
Glock-18 | Gamma Doppler Emerald Price
Field-Tested lands in the mid part of the Emerald ladder — cheaper than the two top grades while holding onto most of the green — so it's the sensible entry to the grail phase. Even at this grade Emerald outranks the numbered phases on value. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.
FAQ
Does the Field-Tested Emerald still look green and vivid?
Yes. The emerald marble is broad enough that light edge scratching barely dents the overall impression — the slide still reads as a deep, glossy green in-game. You'll notice a bit of softening on the candy coat up close, but from playing distance the phase's signature green remains front and center.
Is Field-Tested the best-value Emerald?
For most buyers, it is. Field-Tested costs clearly less than Factory New and Minimal Wear yet keeps the emerald color largely intact, so you get the grail phase without top-grade money. Well-Worn is cheaper again if you want the lowest entry, but the green shows more wear there.
How does Emerald compare to the numbered Gamma Doppler phases?
Emerald covers far more of the slide in green than Phase 1 through Phase 4, which mix more black into their marble. That fuller coverage makes Emerald the rarest and most expensive phase, while the numbered phases are more budget-friendly and each carry their own green-and-black character.
