Glock-18 | Gamma Doppler Phase 1 (Field-Tested)
The Glock-18 | Gamma Doppler Phase 1 (Field-Tested) is a Covert pistol skin from the green Doppler family, wearing the Phase 1 arrangement of its black-and-green marble. Field-Tested is the more affordable entry, adding a little honest wear to a green that still shows through with plenty of punch.
Design
Doppler's green variant blends black and silver metallic paint in a marbleizing medium beneath a candy-coat gloss, producing a green-and-black marble rather than a blue one. Phase 1 arranges that marble its own way, threading green through the dark base so the pistol keeps a bright, glassy shimmer as it moves in the light.
Glock-18 | Gamma Doppler Phase 1 (Field-Tested) Float and Wear
Across the 0.00–0.50 float range, Field-Tested falls in the middle stretch. You'll spot some light scratching along the slide edges and a slightly softened candy coat, but the green marble stays the dominant feature and keeps most of its saturation. It's the grade that balances the Phase 1 pattern's color against a friendlier price.
Glock-18 | Gamma Doppler Phase 1 Rarity
Rarity: Covert — the red, top-most tier for a standard weapon finish. Within the collection the Covert entries surface at about 0.64% (a rate shared across the entire tier), which keeps any Gamma Doppler Glock uncommon no matter which phase it turns out to be.
Glock-18 | Gamma Doppler Phase 1 Case and Collection
This skin comes from The 2021 Train Collection, released as Operation Riptide launched in September 2021. There was never a dedicated case for it; the finish appeared as a collection drop across the operation. With Riptide over, no fresh copies enter the pool, so the secondary market handles supply today.
Glock-18 | Gamma Doppler Phase 1 Patterns
Gamma Doppler spans multiple phases — Phase 1 to Phase 4 and the rare Emerald — and the phase determines how green and black sit across the metal. This copy is Phase 1, with its particular swirl. Because the phase steers the appearance, buyers seek it out specifically, and Skin.Land's phase filter lets you find Phase 1 listings directly.
StatTrak & Souvenir
You'll only find this finish as a standard skin — neither StatTrak nor Souvenir exists for it. StatTrak versions are made purely as alternate case unboxings, and since this Gamma Doppler shipped inside a collection rather than a weapon case, no counter edition was created. A Souvenir version is out too, as those originate only from Major-tournament packages that never carried this skin.
Glock-18 | Gamma Doppler Phase 1 Price
Field-Tested lands mid-ladder for Phase 1 — cheaper than the two top grades while holding most of the green — making it the sensible way into the pattern. It sits under Emerald in value but remains a premium Covert Glock. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.
FAQ
Does the Field-Tested Phase 1 still look vivid?
Yes. The green marble holds up well against light edge scratching, so the slide still reads as a deep, glossy green in-game. Up close you'll notice a bit of softening on the candy coat, but from playing distance the Phase 1 pattern's green stays front and center.
Is Field-Tested the best-value Phase 1?
For many buyers, yes. It costs clearly less than Factory New and Minimal Wear yet keeps the green largely intact, so you get the Phase 1 pattern without top-grade money. Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred go lower still if you want the cheapest entry and don't mind more visible wear.
Can I tell Phase 1 apart from the other numbered phases?
With a close look, yes. Each numbered phase distributes the green and black differently across the slide, so Phase 1 has its own recognizable marble signature. Collectors who care about the exact arrangement compare phases side by side, which is why Skin.Land lets you filter listings by phase.
