Glock-18 | Glockingbird (Field-Tested)

Glock-18 | Glockingbird (Field-Tested)

The Glock-18 | Glockingbird (Field-Tested) is a Restricted-grade pistol finish showing a green-and-yellow body and a silver mockingbird. Field-Tested is the most common way to own it — a bit of honest wear on a bright design, for less than the higher grades.

Design

At its core the finish pairs a green-and-yellow base with a silver mockingbird across the slide — a whimsical avian design that Valve built in-house instead of sourcing from the community. It comes with a fitting in-game line: "Let nothing stop your song."

Glock-18 | Glockingbird (Field-Tested) Float and Wear

The finish spans floats from 0.00 to 0.67, and Field-Tested sits in the middle of that spread. Here you'll see light scratching along the slide and edges, but the colorful base keeps the mockingbird and the green-and-yellow tones clearly legible. This is the grade most players picture — the balance point between looks and cost.

Glock-18 | Glockingbird Rarity

Rarity: Restricted — the purple grade. It ranks above Mil-Spec and just below Classified, a comfortable mid-tier spot among the weapon-skin rarities.

Glock-18 | Glockingbird Case and Collection

Glockingbird comes from The Boreal Collection, which launched with the Spring Forward update on March 31, 2025. The Restricted tier as a group drops around 15.98% of the time (that rate is shared across the tier), so buyers pick up most copies on the market rather than in game.

Glock-18 | Glockingbird Patterns

There's no pattern lottery on this finish: the green-and-yellow base and silver mockingbird sit identically on each copy, meaning there's no paint seed or "blue gem" to track down. Copies differ only by wear and float.

StatTrak & Souvenir

You won't find a StatTrak edition — StatTrak pistols originate from weapon cases, and this skin was never packed into one. Nor is there a Souvenir variant, as Souvenir weapons are produced solely through Major-tournament packages, and The Boreal Collection has never featured as a Major drop.

Glock-18 | Glockingbird Price

Field-Tested is the value pick of the range — cheaper than Minimal Wear while still showing the design clearly. Given that Glockingbird is already a budget-tier Glock finish, this grade lands at a very approachable entry point. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.

FAQ

Does the Field-Tested Glockingbird look worn?

A little, but not badly. You'll spot some light scratching on the slide and around the edges up close, yet the bright green-and-yellow base and the silver mockingbird stay easy to read at a glance. For most players the design still comes across as lively and intact in-game.

Is Field-Tested the best value Glockingbird?

Often, yes. It costs less than the higher grades while keeping the artwork perfectly recognizable, and it's the most common condition on the market. Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred go cheaper still if you want the lowest price and don't mind heavier scuffing.

What is the Glockingbird's theme?

It's a playful bird design from Valve: a silver mockingbird set over a green-and-yellow base, with the in-game line "Let nothing stop your song." Instead of camo or a tactical pattern, it leans into a bright, cheerful look that stands out in a pistol loadout.
