M4A1-S | Decimator (Field-Tested)
The M4A1-S | Decimator (Field-Tested) is a Classified rifle skin with a futuristic blue, purple, and pink finish on the silenced M4. Field-Tested is the most common and most accessible way to own it, with light honest wear on a design that still reads bold.
Design
The look is pure sci-fi: blue, purple, and pink hues blended across the rifle for a bold, retrofuturistic vibe. It's a community creation from the artist Coridium, custom painted with radical blue and pink highlights, and it comes with a fitting in-game line: "Quiet retrofuturism."
M4A1-S | Decimator (Field-Tested) Float and Wear
Field-Tested lands in the middle of the 0.00–0.85 scale, so the finish picks up light scratching along the edges and high points. The colorful base absorbs it reasonably well, and the blue-to-pink gradient stays the clear focal point at a glance. This is the grade most players land on when they want the design without paying for a higher condition.
M4A1-S | Decimator Rarity
Rarity: Classified — the pink grade, ranked just beneath Covert and second from the top of the standard weapon tiers. Pulling one from a case is genuinely uncommon.
M4A1-S | Decimator Case and Collection
Part of The Spectrum Collection, the Decimator drops from the Spectrum Case that arrived with the "Take a trip to the Canals" update back in March 2017. The Classified tier as a group unboxes about 3.2% of the time (that odds figure is shared across the tier), and a large share of copies are traded on the market rather than freshly unboxed.
M4A1-S | Decimator Patterns
The Decimator carries no random pattern variation: the gradient and sci-fi motifs sit the same way on each copy, which means there's no paint seed or "blue gem" to track down. Copies differ only by wear and float.
StatTrak & Souvenir
A StatTrak™ M4A1-S | Decimator does exist and brings a confirmed-kill counter along; it's a scarcer, costlier Spectrum Case drop than the plain skin, and that counter is permanent — it carries over whenever the item is traded or sold. A Souvenir version was never made, since Souvenir weapons come only from Major-tournament packages and the Spectrum Case has never been a Major drop.
M4A1-S | Decimator Price
Field-Tested is the value sweet spot of the range — cheaper than the two higher grades while keeping the design instantly recognizable, which is why it's the most traded condition. It fits the skin's overall affordable mid-tier standing for the M4A1-S. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.
FAQ
Does the Field-Tested Decimator look worn?
Only mildly. Expect light scratching on the edges and raised areas, but the busy blue-and-pink gradient draws the eye away from it, so the skin still reads bold in-game. It's a step down from Minimal Wear up close, yet the signature color scheme stays fully intact.
Is Field-Tested the best value Decimator?
For most buyers, yes. It costs noticeably less than Minimal Wear while keeping the design clearly readable, and it's the easiest grade to find on the market. Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred are cheaper still if you want the lowest entry price and don't mind heavier scuffing.
Which gloves go with the Decimator?
Its blue, purple, and pink palette suits a cool-toned, vibrant loadout, so blue or purple gloves work best — a blue pair echoes the base, while purple wraps pick up the mid-gradient. Keep the rest of the kit dark so the neon highlights pop.
