M4A1-S | Emphorosaur-S (Well-Worn)
The M4A1-S | Emphorosaur-S (Well-Worn) is a Restricted rifle skin with a green base and a dinosaur clawing through the side of the frame, here in a more battered state. It's a cheaper route into a genuinely fun finish, with wear the busy artwork still partly disguises.
Design
At its core this is a green finish that marries a dinosaur motif to a modern design, the claw-marks painted as though the beast is bursting out through the metal. It started as a community submission from designer Sparkwire, and it carries a fitting in-game line: "Feeding frenzy."
M4A1-S | Emphorosaur-S (Well-Worn) Float and Wear
Well-Worn lands near the high end of the finish's 0.00–0.80 float scale. Here the scuffing and paint loss are clear across the magazine, receiver, and edges, and the green base visibly thins in spots. The dinosaur artwork still anchors the look, but there's no pretending this is a fresh grade — it's for players who value price over a spotless surface.
M4A1-S | Emphorosaur-S Rarity
Rarity: Restricted — the purple grade, ranked in the middle of the standard weapon tiers between Mil-Spec below and Classified above. It's an uncommon-enough pull to feel a cut above the base drops.
M4A1-S | Emphorosaur-S Case and Collection
The Emphorosaur-S sits in The Revolution Collection and drops from the Revolution Case that released in February 2023. The Restricted tier as a group unboxes roughly 15.98% of the time (the figure is shared across the tier's skins), which means the chance of this exact finish appearing from a case is smaller than that shared rate would hint.
M4A1-S | Emphorosaur-S Patterns
There's no random pattern roll on this skin: the green base and the clawing-dinosaur graphic are placed the same on every copy, so no paint seed or "blue gem" exists to seek out. Copies differ from one another purely by wear and float.
StatTrak & Souvenir
A StatTrak™ Emphorosaur-S also comes from the Revolution Case and brings a confirmed-kill counter along; it's a rarer, costlier drop than the plain skin, and the counter is permanent, carrying over whenever the item changes hands. A Souvenir version was never produced — Souvenir weapons come solely from Major-tournament packages, and this finish never appeared in one.
M4A1-S | Emphorosaur-S Price
Well-Worn sits low on the price ladder, beneath Field-Tested and above only Battle-Scarred — a budget route to the design for players who won't pay the mid-grade premium. Given the finish is already an affordable M4A1-S option, this is one of the cheapest ways to get the dinosaur look into your loadout. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.
FAQ
How worn does the Well-Worn Emphorosaur-S look?
Noticeably. Expect visible scratches and thinning paint on the magazine and around the edges — more than Field-Tested but short of Battle-Scarred's heavy battering. The green base and the dinosaur claw design keep it recognizable, so it still reads clearly as an Emphorosaur-S in-game.
Is Well-Worn worth buying over Field-Tested?
Only if price is your top priority. Field-Tested looks meaningfully better for a modest step up in cost, so most buyers land there. Well-Worn makes sense when you want this finish as cheaply as possible without dropping all the way down to Battle-Scarred.
Does the green base hide the wear?
Partly. The detailed dinosaur artwork breaks up the surface and softens how obvious the scuffing looks, but at Well-Worn the paint loss along the edges and magazine is still plain to see. It stays legible, just clearly a worn grade rather than a tidy one.
