M4A1-S | Fatal Glitch (Minimal Wear)

M4A1-S | Fatal Glitch (Minimal Wear)

The M4A1-S | Fatal Glitch (Minimal Wear) is a Classified rifle skin with a bright green pearlescent finish and a glitch-inspired concept. Minimal Wear keeps the pearlescent green looking nearly flawless while sitting a step under the top grade on price.

Design

Built around a glitch-inspired concept, the Fatal Glitch was designed by Valve rather than a community artist and wraps the CS2 M4A1-S in a shifting sheen. It has been custom painted using bright green pearlescent paint, and it ships with a fitting in-game line: "When keeping a low profile isn't an option."

M4A1-S | Fatal Glitch (Minimal Wear) Float and Wear

Minimal Wear covers roughly 0.07–0.15 of the finish's full 0.00–1.00 float range. At this level the pearlescent green still reads richly saturated and the glitch motif stays legible, with only the faintest touch of wear on the sharpest edges if any at all. It's the grade for players who want a near-perfect look without paying for the top condition.

M4A1-S | Fatal Glitch Rarity

Rarity: Classified. That's the pink tier, one step under Covert and second-highest among the standard weapon grades — an uncommon pull.

M4A1-S | Fatal Glitch Case and Collection

This finish is part of The Spy Tech Collection, which arrived with the Armory / Season 5 update in July 2026. Across the collection the Classified tier drops at about 3.2% (a rate the tier's skins share), and because the skin is so recent, its supply on the market is still growing.

M4A1-S | Fatal Glitch Patterns

There's no random pattern roll on the Fatal Glitch — the pearlescent green hydrographic is placed identically on every copy, so no paint seed or "blue gem" is worth chasing. The only things that set copies apart are wear and float.

StatTrak & Souvenir

No StatTrak Fatal Glitch is made. Because StatTrak versions are produced through weapon cases and this finish doesn't drop from one, there's no confirmed-kill counter attached to it. There's no Souvenir variant either, since Souvenir weapons are generated only from Major-tournament packages and The Spy Tech Collection has never featured as a Major drop.

M4A1-S | Fatal Glitch Price

Minimal Wear sits just beneath Factory New on the finish's grade ladder — a small step down in condition for a look that's still close to flawless. As a recent release, the skin has no settled market listing yet, so pricing is still finding its level. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.

FAQ

Is Minimal Wear worth it over Factory New?

For most buyers, yes. Minimal Wear looks almost identical to Factory New — the pearlescent green stays saturated and the glitch detail legible — while sitting a grade lower on price. Pay up for Factory New only if you want the absolute best condition; otherwise Minimal Wear is the smarter pick.

Does the Minimal Wear Fatal Glitch show any wear?

Hardly any. At around 0.07–0.15 float you might find the faintest scuffing on the sharpest edges, but the body stays clean and the green stays vivid. To the eye in-game it reads as a near-mint skin, which is why it's a popular middle-ground grade.

Will the price drop as more copies unbox?

Possibly. The Fatal Glitch is a recent release without an established listing yet, and freshly introduced skins often settle in price as supply grows. Buying now gets you an early copy, but the market may loosen up as more of the finish enters circulation over time.
