M4A1-S | Fatal Glitch (Well-Worn)
The M4A1-S | Fatal Glitch (Well-Worn) is a Classified rifle skin with a bright green pearlescent finish and a glitch-inspired concept, here in a more battered state. It's a cheaper route into the design, with wear the vivid green still partly carries off.
Design
At its core this finish is a glitch-inspired concept painted in bright green pearlescent paint across the CS2 M4A1-S, its surface catching a shifting sheen as light moves over it. Valve created it rather than a community workshop artist, and it carries a fitting in-game line: "When keeping a low profile isn't an option."
M4A1-S | Fatal Glitch (Well-Worn) Float and Wear
Well-Worn covers roughly 0.38–0.45 of the finish's full 0.00–1.00 float range. At this grade the skin shows clear scuffing and paint thinning across the body and edges, where the pearlescent layer wears down. The bright green still anchors the look, but there's no hiding that this is a worn condition — a fair trade for players who care more about price than a spotless surface.
M4A1-S | Fatal Glitch Rarity
Rarity: Classified — the pink tier, ranked just beneath Covert and second from the top of the standard weapon grades. Unboxing one is genuinely uncommon.
M4A1-S | Fatal Glitch Case and Collection
Part of The Spy Tech Collection, the Fatal Glitch dropped with the Armory / Season 5 update back in July 2026. The Classified tier as a group drops around 3.2% of the time (the odds are shared across the tier's skins), and with the finish being new, buyers will find its market supply still on the rise.
M4A1-S | Fatal Glitch Patterns
The Fatal Glitch carries no random pattern roll: the pearlescent green hydrographic is applied the same on each copy, which means there's no paint seed or "blue gem" to seek out. What separates one copy from the next is wear and float alone.
StatTrak & Souvenir
There's no StatTrak edition of this skin. StatTrak versions are seeded through weapon cases, and since the Fatal Glitch doesn't come from one, no kill counter is attached. A Souvenir edition is off the table as well, because Souvenir weapons are handed out only through Major-tournament packages and The Spy Tech Collection has never been a Major drop.
M4A1-S | Fatal Glitch Price
Well-Worn sits toward the lower end of the finish's ladder, below Field-Tested and above only Battle-Scarred — a budget-minded way into the design. As a recently released skin it lacks a settled market listing, so its exact standing is still forming. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.
FAQ
How worn does the Well-Worn Fatal Glitch look?
Noticeably. Around 0.38–0.45 float you'll see visible scuffing and thinning of the pearlescent layer across the body and edges — more than Field-Tested but short of the heavy battering at Battle-Scarred. The bright green keeps it recognizable, so it still reads clearly as the Fatal Glitch in-game.
Is Well-Worn worth buying over Field-Tested?
Mainly if price is your priority. Field-Tested keeps more of the finish intact for a modest step up in cost, so most buyers lean that way. Well-Worn makes sense when you want the design as cheaply as possible without dropping all the way to the most damaged grade.
Does the green still stand out when worn?
It does. Even with paint thinning, the pearlescent green stays bright enough to carry the look, and the glitch concept remains legible. Well-Worn trades surface polish for a lower price without washing out the color that makes the finish distinctive.
