M4A1-S | Guardian (Factory New)

The M4A1-S | Guardian (Factory New) is a Classified rifle skin — a cobalt-blue body with the CT logo stenciled across the magazine. Factory New is the top grade, showing the blue finish at its deepest saturation with no wear anywhere on the surface.

Design

Guardian keeps its look tidy and purposeful: a cobalt-blue base with the Counter-Terrorist logo stenciled onto the magazine, a defensive, badge-like motif rather than a busy graphic. It's a community design by the artist J4CK, and it carries a fitting in-game line: "I don't have to like you, I have to keep you safe - Carmen Cocinero, Extraction Expert."

M4A1-S | Guardian (Factory New) Float and Wear

Across the whole finish the float runs 0.00–0.50, and Factory New occupies the lowest slice of that range. Here the cobalt blue reads at full depth and the stenciled CT emblem sits crisp with no scuffing at all. This is the grade to reach for if you want the design as flawless as it gets.

M4A1-S | Guardian Rarity

Rarity: Classified — the pink tier, second from the top of the standard weapon grades and sitting just below Covert. It's a genuinely uncommon grade to pull from a case.

M4A1-S | Guardian Case and Collection

Guardian belongs to The Winter Offensive Collection and drops from the Winter Offensive Weapon Case, released with the Winter Offensive update in December 2013. The Classified tier as a whole drops about 3.2% of the time from the case (shared across the tier's skins), and with that case out of the active drop pool, supply is fixed — most copies are bought on the market rather than unboxed.

M4A1-S | Guardian Patterns

The finish has no random pattern variation — the blue base and the stenciled CT logo land the same way on every copy, so there's no paint seed or "blue gem" to hunt. Wear and float are the only things that separate one from another.

StatTrak & Souvenir

A StatTrak™ version exists and adds a confirmed-kill counter; it's a rarer, pricier drop from the Winter Offensive Weapon Case, and the counter is permanent, carrying over when the item is traded or sold. There's no Souvenir edition — Souvenir weapons come only from Major-tournament packages, and this finish has never been part of a Major drop.

M4A1-S | Guardian Price

Factory New sits at the top of the Guardian ladder as the highest grade, a step above Minimal Wear. It stays in affordable mid-tier territory for the M4A1-S, so the best condition here won't push into grail money. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.

FAQ

Is Factory New worth it over Minimal Wear?

If you want the deepest blue and a spotless stencil, yes — Factory New shows the finish at its peak. That said, the difference to Minimal Wear is subtle in-game, so many buyers save a little and go one grade down. Pay up only if flawless condition matters to you.

Which gloves go with Guardian?

Its cobalt palette suits a cool, blue-toned CT loadout, so blue or blue-gray gloves work best — a blue pair echoes the base finish, while gray or black wraps keep it understated. It slots naturally into a defender-themed setup alongside other blue CT skins.

Does the CT logo change between copies?

No. The stenciled Counter-Terrorist emblem on the magazine is placed identically on every Guardian, regardless of float. Only surface wear differs between grades, so the badge always reads the same — clean and legible at Factory New.
