M4A1-S | Welcome to the Jungle (Well-Worn)

M4A1-S | Welcome to the Jungle (Well-Worn)

The M4A1-S | Welcome to the Jungle (Well-Worn) is a Covert rifle skin with a golden pit viper, ancient iconography, and a dusk-tinted jungle backdrop, here in a more battered state. It's a cheaper route into a grail-tier M4A1-S design, with wear the busy artwork partly disguises.

Design

At its heart the finish is a golden pit viper surrounded by ancient iconography on a dusk-tinted jungle background — a warm, mural-like design that Valve built around atmosphere rather than a repeating pattern. A fitting line rides along with it in game: "Strike without warning."

M4A1-S | Welcome to the Jungle (Well-Worn) Float and Wear

Well-Worn sits high on the full 0.00–1.00 float scale, so the damage is clear — scuffing and paint loss spread across the receiver, edges, and high points where the finish thins out. The jungle scene keeps the design readable, but there's no pretending this is a clean grade. For players who care more about price than surface condition, it delivers the artwork for less.

M4A1-S | Welcome to the Jungle Rarity

Rarity: Covert, the red tier. It ranks at the very top of the standard weapon grades — the highest color short of knives and gloves — and remains a genuinely rare pull.

M4A1-S | Welcome to the Jungle Case and Collection

The Jungle sits in The Ancient Collection, which came with Operation Broken Fang back in December 2020. It's not a case skin; it drops from Major-tournament Souvenir packages, starting with the Stockholm 2021 Ancient Souvenir Package. As a group the Covert tier pulls about 0.64% of the time per package (the odds are shared across the tier), which keeps copies scarce.

M4A1-S | Welcome to the Jungle Patterns

Because the viper, ancient iconography, and jungle scene sit identically on every copy, the finish has no random pattern variation — nothing like a paint seed or "blue gem" to hunt for. Wear and float are all that separate one copy from the next.

StatTrak & Souvenir

You won't find a StatTrak edition of this skin. StatTrak is a weapon-case feature, and since the Jungle is distributed through Souvenir packages instead, no kill-counter variant exists. A Souvenir version does, though — Souvenir weapons come solely from Major-tournament packages, and the finish first turned up in the Stockholm 2021 Ancient Souvenir Package.

M4A1-S | Welcome to the Jungle Price

Well-Worn sits near the bottom of the ladder, below Field-Tested and above only Battle-Scarred — a more affordable way into the design for players who won't pay the higher-grade premium. It's still a high-end M4A1-S, but this is one of the cheaper entries. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.

FAQ

How worn does the Well-Worn grade look?

Noticeably. Expect visible scuffing and paint thinning across the receiver and edges — more than Field-Tested, but short of the heavy battering at Battle-Scarred. The golden viper and dense jungle backdrop keep it recognizable, so it still reads clearly as the Jungle in-game despite the wear.

Is Well-Worn worth buying over Field-Tested?

Mainly if price is the priority. Field-Tested looks a fair bit better for a modest step up in cost, so most buyers land there. Well-Worn makes sense when you want a grail-tier design as cheaply as possible without dropping all the way down to Battle-Scarred.

Is there a Souvenir Well-Worn?

Yes. Souvenir copies drop from the Major-tournament Ancient Souvenir packages and can land in the Well-Worn range just like standard copies. Many carry tournament and player stickers baked in, so each Souvenir piece looks a little different and is priced on its own merits.
