M4A4 | Spider Lily (Factory New)

The M4A4 | Spider Lily (Factory New) is a Restricted rifle skin that dresses the M4A4 in a dark blue body with red spider lilies blooming above the magazine and trigger. Factory New is the top grade the finish reaches, holding the floral work at full clarity against the deep base.

Design

Spider Lily builds its look on contrast: a dark blue body offset by clusters of red spider lilies painted over the magazine and trigger area, an artistic floral motif rather than a loud tacticool graphic. The community artist Strenson designed it, and it carries a fitting in-game line — "Bright colors are a warning, not an invitation."

M4A4 | Spider Lily (Factory New) Float and Wear

The finish runs the full 0.00 to 1.00 float range, so Factory New sits right at the top of what it can roll. At this level the blue base stays even and the red lilies read crisply, with no scuffing cutting across the petals. If you want the flowers exactly as painted, this is the grade to reach for.

M4A4 | Spider Lily Rarity

Rarity: Restricted — the purple tier, sitting above Mil-Spec and below Classified in the middle of the standard weapon grades. It is a moderately uncommon pull, a clear step rarer than the blue Mil-Spec skins that share the same source.

M4A4 | Spider Lily Case and Collection

Spider Lily belongs to The Operation Riptide Collection and drops from the Operation Riptide Case, released with Operation Riptide on September 21, 2021. The Restricted tier as a whole unboxes about 16% of the time (a rate shared across the tier's skins), and with the operation long over, most copies now change hands on the market rather than coming fresh from the case.

M4A4 | Spider Lily Patterns

There is no random pattern variation to chase here — the spider lilies land in the same spot on every copy, so no paint seed or blue-gem lottery applies. Float and exterior are the only things that separate one from another.

StatTrak & Souvenir

A StatTrak version exists and adds a confirmed-kill counter to the receiver; it drops from the Operation Riptide Case as a separate, rarer roll, so it carries a premium over the standard skin, and the counter stays with the item through every trade or sale. There is no Souvenir edition — Souvenir weapons come only from Major-tournament souvenir packages, and the Operation Riptide Collection was never a Major drop.

M4A4 | Spider Lily Price

Factory New sits at the top of this finish's own price ladder as the highest and scarcest grade — a step above Minimal Wear, though the skin overall lands in affordable mid-tier territory for the M4A4. It is available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.

FAQ

Why is Factory New the grade collectors want?

Because the floral art is the whole draw. At Factory New the blue base stays uniform and the red lilies show every petal with no wear breaking them up, so the finish looks exactly as Strenson painted it. It is also the rarest exterior on the float range, adding a touch of scarcity on top of an already striking design.

Which gloves go with Spider Lily?

Its blue-and-red palette rewards a bold, cool loadout, so blue or red gloves both work — navy or steel wraps echo the base while a red pair picks up the lilies. If you would rather let the flowers lead, neutral dark gloves keep the focus on the artwork. It suits a dramatic setup more than a muted one.

Is the Factory New Spider Lily worth the premium?

For a display piece or a top-grade loadout, yes — the lilies are at their sharpest here and the blue base shows no interruption. That said, the dark body hides light wear well, so a Minimal Wear copy looks close for less. Pay up only if you specifically want the highest grade on the shelf.
