MAG-7 | Memento (Minimal Wear)
The MAG-7 | Memento (Minimal Wear) is a Mil-Spec shotgun skin wearing a black geometric hydrographic. Minimal Wear keeps that dark pattern looking near-untouched while trimming a little off the Factory New price.
Design
The look is deliberately restrained: a black hydrographic stamped with a repeating geometric pattern across the MAG-7, relying on subtle texture instead of loud color. Valve designed it, and it dates back to the early days of Counter-Strike skins.
MAG-7 | Memento (Minimal Wear) Float and Wear
The finish is capped to a 0.02–0.18 float window, and Minimal Wear sits in the middle of it. Any wear at this grade is minor and hard to spot against the dark geometric surface. Thanks to that low float ceiling, no grade of this skin reaches heavy damage, so Minimal Wear looks close to flawless in practice.
MAG-7 | Memento Rarity
Rarity: Mil-Spec Grade, the blue tier. As the base grade of the standard weapon rarities and the most commonly unboxed tier, it keeps this finish accessible and inexpensive.
MAG-7 | Memento Case and Collection
Part of The eSports 2013 Collection, this shotgun comes from the eSports 2013 Case, which arrived with The Arms Deal update in August 2013. The Mil-Spec tier drops most frequently, near 79.92%, but given the case's age, the resale market is where copies mostly turn up now.
MAG-7 | Memento Patterns
Even with its geometric motif, this is a fixed-design finish — the hydrographic prints identically on every copy, so there's no seed to roll and no "blue gem" variant to chase. Copies differ only by their wear and float.
StatTrak & Souvenir
You can also find a StatTrak™ edition, which logs confirmed kills on a counter that never gets wiped and stays with the item through every trade or sale. No Souvenir version was ever made — those come strictly from Major-tournament packages, and this case never featured at a Major.
MAG-7 | Memento Price
Minimal Wear lands just below Factory New on the ladder, an affordable mid-tier MAG-7 that offers a near-clean look for a bit less. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.
FAQ
How does Minimal Wear compare to Factory New?
They're hard to tell apart. The dark geometric surface disguises the slight wear at Minimal Wear, and the finish's low float cap means neither grade shows much damage anyway. For most buyers, Minimal Wear is the value-smart choice, saving a little while looking almost identical to Factory New.
Does Memento have rare patterns?
No. Despite the geometric design, the hydrographic is printed the same on every MAG-7, so there's no paint seed lottery and no standout copy to seek. Wear and float are the only differences between copies, which keeps buying simple — just choose your grade and price.
Why doesn't any grade of Memento look badly worn?
Because the finish is float-capped at 0.18, well below the 1.0 maximum. That ceiling means even the most worn grade, Field-Tested, only ever shows moderate wear, so no copy of this skin reaches the heavy scuffing you'd see on a full-range finish.
