P2000 | Imperial Dragon (Minimal Wear)
The P2000 | Imperial Dragon (Minimal Wear) keeps the red metallic dragon motif looking sharp just one step down from the top grade. This Classified pistol skin holds most of its Factory New polish for a slightly lower price.
Design
The finish is built around a custom-painted dragon in red metallic paint spread across the P2000, a graphic, eye-catching design rather than a subtle one. It was designed by community artist The Honey Badger, and pairs with the line "Look to the West."
P2000 | Imperial Dragon (Minimal Wear) Float and Wear
Within the finish's 0.00–0.63 float range, Minimal Wear falls near the clean end. The red dragon still reads vividly at this grade, with only the faintest possible wear showing near the edges if the float leans toward the higher end of the bracket.
P2000 | Imperial Dragon Rarity
This is a Classified-rarity finish, ranking just under Covert as the second-highest of the standard weapon tiers — an uncommon find regardless of wear.
P2000 | Imperial Dragon Case and Collection
The Imperial Dragon belongs to The Gamma Collection and comes from the Gamma Case, which launched with the Gamma Exposure update back in June 2016. Classified skins as a tier drop at about 3.2% from that case, a figure that applies across the tier broadly.
P2000 | Imperial Dragon Patterns
No random pattern element exists on this finish — the dragon artwork is fixed and appears identically on every copy. There's nothing like a blue gem to search for; only condition and float separate copies in price.
StatTrak & Souvenir
StatTrak copies of the Imperial Dragon are available too, sourced from the same Gamma Case, with a kill counter that becomes permanent once activated. No Souvenir version has ever existed for this finish, since Souvenir items are exclusive to Major-tournament packages it was never featured in.
P2000 | Imperial Dragon Price
Minimal Wear sits just under Factory New on the price ladder, trading a small amount of polish for a meaningful discount on this premium finish. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.
FAQ
How does Minimal Wear compare visually to Factory New?
Very closely. The red dragon motif stays bright and detailed at this grade, with at most a hint of wear near the edges. Most players are happy trading that tiny visual gap for the lower price tag.
Does the Imperial Dragon have a random pattern to chase?
No, the design is fixed, so the dragon artwork is placed identically on every single copy no matter the seed. Any price variation you see comes down to wear grade and float, not pattern rarity.
Is there a StatTrak Minimal Wear Imperial Dragon?
Yes, StatTrak versions exist across all wear grades of this finish, including Minimal Wear, and they all come from the Gamma Case. The counter tracks confirmed kills permanently.
