The Souvenir UMP-45 | Fallout Warning (Minimal Wear, MW) is the Souvenir copy of this skin — the same Industrial Grade finish, handed out in a souvenir package at a Major rather than pulled from a case. Bold red hazard-warning patterns are spray-painted across the weapon, a Valve design dating back to the game's earliest skin era. Minimal Wear covers 0.07–0.15 on the float scale, a step below Factory New, with wear that stays hard to spot at a glance.
What the stickers do to the price of the UMP-45 | Fallout Warning
Only a souvenir package opened during a Major produces one of these. Each package holds a skin from the tournament's collection, and it arrives carrying up to four stickers from one match — both teams, the MVP and the event — fixed on permanently. A Souvenir skin is never StatTrak™ — the two are mutually exclusive.
Where it comes from
The finish sets a floor and the stickers decide the rest. A copy out of a famous match, or one wearing a sticker from a player who has since retired, can sit several times above a plain copy at the same exterior; an unremarkable match leaves it near one.
