Tec-9 | Whiteout (Well-Worn)

Tec-9 | Whiteout (Well-Worn)

The Tec-9 | Whiteout (Well-Worn) carries visible damage across its all-white spray coat. It's a cheaper way into this Restricted, grail-tier finish for buyers who don't need the cleanest possible copy.

Design

This is a Whiteout finish through and through — a solid, spray-painted white coat with no camo or extra graphics anywhere on the weapon. Designed by Valve, it carries the flavor text "It looks pure, but looks can be deceiving."

Tec-9 | Whiteout (Well-Worn) Float and Wear

Well-Worn climbs higher on the Whiteout's 0.06–1.00 range, and against the solid white base the scuffing and grime read clearly, well past what Field-Tested shows. It sits just below Battle-Scarred, the finish's roughest grade.

Tec-9 | Whiteout Rarity

Rarity here is Restricted, the purple tier — ranked above Mil-Spec, Industrial, and Consumer Grade, and just below Classified and Covert.

Tec-9 | Whiteout Case and Collection

The Whiteout sits in The Train 2025 Collection, which arrived with the Spring Forward update in March 2025, and carries no dedicated case — it's obtained through the Train map's collection drop pool, trading, or crafting.

Tec-9 | Whiteout Patterns

There's no seed-based variation here; the white coat is locked in place on every copy, so wear and float remain the only meaningful differences between units.

StatTrak & Souvenir

You won't find a StatTrak Whiteout. A Souvenir version is real, though, first distributed in the Austin 2025 Train Souvenir Package and reissued through later Major souvenir packages since.

Tec-9 | Whiteout Price

Well-Worn costs less than Field-Tested, trading a cleaner white coat for a lower entry price into this otherwise high-end, grail-tier finish. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.

FAQ

How worn does the Well-Worn Whiteout look?

Fairly rough — because there's no pattern to hide it, expect clearly visible scuffing and discoloration across the white coat, more than Field-Tested shows but a step short of Battle-Scarred's heaviest wear.

Is Well-Worn worth it over Field-Tested?

Mostly if price is the priority. Well-Worn costs less but shows notably more damage on the solid white base, which is easy to spot. Field-Tested is the better balance if a cleaner-looking coat matters to you.

Does the Whiteout ever reach a full 1.00 float?

Yes — unlike some finishes, the Whiteout's float range runs all the way up to 1.00, so Battle-Scarred copies can hit the most extreme wear possible in the game, more than Well-Worn typically shows.
