USP-S | Royal Blue (Factory New)

The USP-S | Royal Blue (Factory New) is an Industrial Grade pistol skin — a solid, saturated regal-blue coat on the silenced USP. Factory New is the cleanest grade the finish comes in, and it's the one collectors chase hardest.

Design

Royal Blue is exactly what the name promises: a plain, deep blue paint job with no decals, stencils, or graphics to distract from the color. It's a Valve-made finish from the solid-color family painted in indigo, crimson and gray tones, and it carries an in-game line: "You should smile Felix, you'd have more luck with the ladies if you didn't look like such a dour bastard all the time."

USP-S | Royal Blue (Factory New) Float and Wear

Float runs 0.06–0.80 across the finish, and Factory New sits at the tight bottom of that range. Because the paint is one flat block of blue, condition matters a lot here — a Factory New copy shows the color at its most even and uniform, with none of the fading or edge scuffing that creeps in on worn grades. This is the grade to reach for if you want the blue as rich as it gets.

USP-S | Royal Blue Rarity

Rarity: Industrial Grade — the light-blue tier, low on the standard weapon ladder. The grade itself is common, but this particular finish is anything but, which is where its reputation comes from.

USP-S | Royal Blue Case and Collection

Royal Blue belongs to The Cobblestone Collection, introduced with Operation Breakout in July 2014. It isn't unboxed from a weapon case — copies come from Cobblestone Souvenir Packages handed out at Majors, so supply is scarce and tied to those events rather than an open drop pool. Almost everyone buys it on the market instead.

USP-S | Royal Blue Patterns

Because the finish is a single solid color, there's no random pattern roll — no paint seed, no "blue gem" to hunt. Every copy wears the same even blue, so wear and float are the only things that separate one from another.

StatTrak & Souvenir

There's no StatTrak version of Royal Blue: StatTrak weapons come from weapon cases, and this finish was never part of one. A Souvenir version does exist, though — it dropped from Cobblestone Souvenir Packages starting with the ESL One Cologne 2014 package, and those Major-issued copies can carry stickers and player tags that make them prized among collectors.

USP-S | Royal Blue Price

Factory New sits at the very top of the Royal Blue ladder as the most sought-after grade of an already high-end, grail-tier pistol finish. The rarity of the skin plus the premium on the best condition puts it firmly in serious-money territory. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.

FAQ

Why is Factory New Royal Blue so expensive?

Two things stack up. The finish itself is rare — it only ever came from Cobblestone Souvenir Packages, never a case — and Factory New is the top grade of that scarce supply. On a flat, solid-color skin the cleanest condition also shows the blue at its most even, so demand concentrates here.

Does the color change with float?

The blue hue stays the same, but its presentation doesn't. At Factory New the coat looks smooth and uniform across the slide; as float climbs, scuffing and fading break up that even surface. Since there's no pattern to hide behind, condition is the whole story with this finish.

Which gloves go with Royal Blue?

Its deep-blue palette wants a cool loadout, so blue or dark-toned gloves are the natural match — a blue pair echoes the finish directly, while black or gray wraps keep things understated. Pair it with other blue-heavy pieces for a color-matched setup.
