USP-S | Royal Blue (Field-Tested)

USP-S | Royal Blue (Field-Tested)

The USP-S | Royal Blue (Field-Tested) is an Industrial Grade pistol skin with a solid regal-blue coat on the silenced USP, here with a touch of honest wear. It's a more affordable way into a genuinely rare finish, with the deep blue still front and center.

Design

Royal Blue skips graphics entirely in favor of one deep, saturated blue coat across the slide. It's a Valve finish from the solid-color set that also spans indigo, crimson and gray, and it carries an in-game line worth a chuckle: "You should smile Felix, you'd have more luck with the ladies if you didn't look like such a dour bastard all the time."

USP-S | Royal Blue (Field-Tested) Float and Wear

Within the finish's 0.06–0.80 float span, Field-Tested lands in the middle, where the flat blue starts to show its wear more openly. Expect some fading and scuffing along the slide edges and high-contact points, since a solid coat has nowhere to hide the marks. The core blue still dominates, but this grade trades a bit of that even finish for a lower entry price.

USP-S | Royal Blue Rarity

Rarity: Industrial Grade — the light-blue rung near the base of the standard weapon tiers. It's a common grade wrapped around an uncommon finish, and that contrast is exactly what makes the skin stand out.

USP-S | Royal Blue Case and Collection

Part of The Cobblestone Collection released with Operation Breakout in July 2014, this finish doesn't drop from any weapon case. Instead it comes solely from Cobblestone Souvenir Packages awarded at Major tournaments, leaving supply scarce and pegged to those events. Practically all trading happens on the open market as a result.

USP-S | Royal Blue Patterns

The solid blue coat means no random variation from copy to copy — there's no paint seed or "blue gem" to track down, because every Royal Blue looks the same by design. Wear and float alone decide how one copy differs from the next.

StatTrak & Souvenir

You won't find a StatTrak Royal Blue anywhere — StatTrak weapons are produced from weapon cases, and this skin was never in one. A Souvenir variant does exist, released through Cobblestone Souvenir Packages starting with the ESL One Cologne 2014 package; those Major-drop copies can come stamped with stickers and player tags that raise their appeal to collectors.

USP-S | Royal Blue Price

Field-Tested sits in the mid-lower stretch of the Royal Blue ladder, below the cleaner grades but well above nothing — even here, the finish's rarity keeps it a high-end buy rather than a cheap one. It's a more reachable route into a grail-tier pistol skin. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.

FAQ

Does the Field-Tested Royal Blue look worn?

A bit, yes. Because the paint is one flat block of color, fading and edge scuffing are more noticeable here than on a busy patterned skin. The deep blue still reads clearly at a glance, but you'll spot honest wear on the slide edges up close — the trade-off for the lower price.

Is Field-Tested a good value on Royal Blue?

It can be. This grade costs meaningfully less than Minimal Wear or Factory New while still delivering the signature blue, which suits buyers who want the finish without paying top-grade money. Just know that the solid coat shows its wear, so it's a value pick rather than a display-piece grade.

Which gloves go with Royal Blue?

The deep-blue coat leans cool, so blue or dark gloves are the obvious pairing — a blue pair mirrors the finish, while black or gray wraps keep the look restrained. It slots neatly into a blue-themed loadout alongside other cool-toned pieces.
