USP-S | Sleeping Potion (Battle-Scarred)

The USP-S | Sleeping Potion (Battle-Scarred) is a Restricted pistol skin with a purple camo body and a pearlescent coat, in its most heavily worn condition. It's the cheapest way into the fantasy-themed finish, trading surface quality for the lowest entry price.

Design

The look is a purple camo body finished with a pearlescent coat that catches light and shifts tone with movement — a compact, fantasy-tinged design that relies on shimmer instead of clutter. It ships with a short in-game line: "A new brew!"

USP-S | Sleeping Potion (Battle-Scarred) Float and Wear

Battle-Scarred is the most worn grade, roughly 0.45–0.70 of the range. Here the slide shows heavy scratching and paint loss, but the purple camo and pearlescent base keep the design legible. Note the finish is float-capped at 0.70 rather than the full 1.0, so its Battle-Scarred copies never reach the most extreme end of the wear scale.

USP-S | Sleeping Potion Rarity

Rarity: Restricted, the purple tier, positioned above Mil-Spec and one rung under Classified among the standard grades. It's a respectable mid-to-upper rarity.

USP-S | Sleeping Potion Case and Collection

Part of The Harlequin Collection introduced with The Fourth Season update in January 2026, this finish falls in the Restricted tier, which drops around 15.98% of the time (a rate shared with the rest of the tier). Most copies are picked up on the market rather than unboxed directly.

USP-S | Sleeping Potion Patterns

No paint seed matters on this finish — the camo and pearlescent coat are consistent across every copy, with no phases or rare-pattern variants to look for. Wear and float are the only differences between copies.

StatTrak & Souvenir

You won't find a StatTrak version of the skin, as none was produced. There's no Souvenir edition to hunt either — Souvenir weapons only ever come from Major-tournament souvenir packages, and this finish has never been a Major drop.

USP-S | Sleeping Potion Price

Battle-Scarred is the cheapest grade of the finish, the entry-level way in for players who care more about the look than the surface. As an affordable mid-tier skin to begin with, its most worn grade is about as low-cost as this design gets. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.

FAQ

Is Battle-Scarred still recognizable?

Yes. Despite the heavy scuffing, the purple camo and the pearlescent glow keep the design clearly readable at a glance in-game. Battle-Scarred is about accepting visible wear in exchange for the lowest price, not losing the look entirely.

Why doesn't Battle-Scarred look completely destroyed?

Because the finish is float-capped at 0.70 rather than the full 1.0, its Battle-Scarred copies never hit the most extreme wear. Combined with a busy camo that breaks up damage, the skin stays more legible here than many single-color finishes do at this grade.

Who is Battle-Scarred best for?

Players who want the Sleeping Potion design for as little as possible and don't mind visible wear. You get the same purple camo and color-shifting coat as the higher grades, just on a more battered slide, which makes it the natural pick for a budget loadout.
