It contains 17 community-designed weapon skins created through a Valve-run contest, where winning designers shared a $1,700,000 prize pool. All skins follow a dark, surreal aesthetic — nightmarish creatures, cosmic horror, and dream-like visuals.

The rare special items in this case are Gamma Knives — Butterfly Knife, Huntsman Knife, Bowie Knife, Falchion Knife, and Shadow Daggers, all in Gamma finishes. There are no gloves in this case.
