Glock-18 | Gamma Doppler (Well-Worn)
The Glock-18 | Gamma Doppler (Well-Worn, WW) shows the marbleized black-and-silver finish with more visible wear, one grade shy of the roughest this Covert pistol skin gets. It's a cheaper way to land a specific phase without paying mid-tier prices.
Design
This skin is painted with black and silver metallic paints in a marbleizing medium, then finished with a glossy candy coat. Designer credit isn't reliably established for this finish, so it isn't asserted here.
Glock-18 | Gamma Doppler (Well-Worn) Float and Wear
Well-Worn sits near the top of the finish's 0.00–0.50 float range. Because that ceiling stops at 0.50 rather than the full 1.0, even this rougher grade avoids the heaviest wear some other skins reach — expect visible scratching across the slide, but the marbleized pattern and phase remain identifiable underneath it.
Glock-18 | Gamma Doppler Rarity
Rarity: Covert — the red tier, the top standard weapon grade, and a rare find at any wear.
Glock-18 | Gamma Doppler Case and Collection
It's part of The 2021 Train Collection, tied to Operation Riptide's release in September 2021. This finish exists as a regular finish only — no StatTrak version and no Souvenir version — so phase continues to be the main value driver even at rougher wears.
Glock-18 | Gamma Doppler Patterns
Value here still traces back to phase rather than a paint seed: Phase 1 through Phase 4, plus the rare Emerald. Phase 2's heavy green coverage makes it the standout numbered phase, while the deep, near-uniform green Emerald remains the grail worth many times a regular phase — at Well-Worn, clean examples of either are harder to find since most low-float copies concentrate in the cleaner grades.
StatTrak & Souvenir
No StatTrak edition of this finish exists. No Souvenir version — Souvenir weapons come only from Major-tournament packages, and this finish was never offered in one.
Glock-18 | Gamma Doppler Price
Well-Worn ranks near the bottom of the price ladder, above only Battle-Scarred (BS), but a desirable phase like Emerald or Phase 2 can still push a Well-Worn copy above a less desirable phase at a cleaner wear. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.
FAQ
Is it worth buying Well-Worn to save money on a good phase?
It can be, if budget matters more than surface condition. Since phase is set independently of wear, a Well-Worn Emerald or Phase 2 copy still carries the phase's premium look, just with more visible scratching than a cleaner-wear copy of the same phase.
Why doesn't Well-Worn look extremely beat up?
The Gamma Doppler is float-capped at 0.50, well below the 1.0 maximum some skins reach, so even its higher-wear grades stay milder than a full-range skin's worst condition. The marbleized pattern stays visible throughout.
Does the Glock-18 Gamma Doppler have a StatTrak version?
No. This finish was never issued with a StatTrak counter, so every copy on the market is the standard version — phase and wear are what actually separate one from another in value.
