Neon Revolution wears an eclectic graffiti and street-art design: a hooded figure and neon protest and revolution motifs in pink, purple and cyan set against a dark base, produced from a blend of hydrographic decals that are afterward drip painted. It's a community piece by the artists Coridium and Gamersbook, tagged with the in-game quote: "No suicide squad would be complete without it."
