Neon Revolution builds its look from an eclectic mix of hydrographic decals that are then drip painted, layering graffiti and street-art imagery — a hooded figure and neon protest and revolution motifs in pink, purple and cyan — over a dark base. It's a community design by the artists Coridium and Gamersbook, and it carries a fitting in-game line: "No suicide squad would be complete without it."
