AK-47 | Olive Polycam (Field-Tested)

AK-47 | Olive Polycam (Field-Tested)

The AK-47 | Olive Polycam (Field-Tested) is an Industrial Grade rifle skin wrapped in an olive green and gray polygonal camo pattern, here with a bit of honest wear. Field-Tested is the classic, most common way to own it — a cheap route to a tactical camo AK that shrugs off scuffing.

Design

This is a Valve-made finish: the olive green and gray halftone is laid down as an orderly polygonal camo that covers the body. It goes for a rugged, no-nonsense military look that suits players after a tactical style, and Valve gave it the flavor line "Attention to detail."

AK-47 | Olive Polycam (Field-Tested) Float and Wear

At Field-Tested the finish picks up light scratching along the edges and on the magazine, but the busy green and gray camo hides it so well that most copies still look clean at a glance. The polygonal pattern stays clearly readable regardless of float. This is the grade most players land on, and a Field-Tested copy is the value sweet spot between looks and price.

AK-47 | Olive Polycam Rarity

Industrial Grade is the rarity here — the light-blue tier, just one step up from Consumer Grade toward the bottom of the standard weapon grades. Being such a common, unfussy grade is a large part of why it's so affordable.

AK-47 | Olive Polycam Case and Collection

The Olive Polycam comes from The Sport & Field Collection. Sitting at Industrial Grade, it's among the more common items in the collection, which means finding one on the market is simple rather than a chase.

AK-47 | Olive Polycam Patterns

The olive and gray camo lands the same way on every Olive Polycam, meaning the finish has no random pattern variation and no paint seed or "blue gem" to seek out. Wear and float are the sole things setting one copy apart from another.

StatTrak & Souvenir

No StatTrak version of the Olive Polycam exists, because StatTrak copies are produced only as weapon-case drops and this finish doesn't come from a case, so a kill-counter one was never generated. A Souvenir version is also absent — Souvenir weapons only appear in Major-tournament souvenir packages, and The Sport & Field Collection has never been part of a Major souvenir drop.

AK-47 | Olive Polycam Price

Field-Tested is the value pick of the range — cheaper than the cleaner grades while keeping nearly the same look, thanks to a camo base that masks wear. It's already a budget finish within the AK-47 lineup, and Field-Tested makes it cheaper still. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.

FAQ

Does Field-Tested look worn?

Not much. The olive and gray camo masks scratches unusually well, so a Field-Tested copy reads as clean to most eyes, with only light edge wear on close inspection. The polygonal pattern itself stays fully readable at any float, so the skin keeps its tactical look throughout.

Is Field-Tested the best value AK-47 | Olive Polycam?

For most buyers, yes. It costs less than the cleaner grades but looks almost identical because the camo base hides wear, and it's the most common exterior on the market. Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred are cheaper still if you want the lowest entry price and don't mind heavier scuffing.

Which gloves go with the AK-47 | Olive Polycam?

Its olive green and gray palette suits an earthy, military loadout, so olive, khaki, or muted gray gloves work best — a green pair leans into the camo theme, while gray or tan wraps keep the utilitarian vibe. Steer clear of bright colors that fight the muted tones.
