AWP | Neo-Noir (Field-Tested)
The AWP | Neo-Noir (Field-Tested) is a Covert sniper-rifle skin showing a noir comic scene of stylized women in blue and magenta over grayscale. Field-Tested is the most common and recognizable way to own it — a touch of honest wear on a design that carries it well, for well under the higher grades.
Design
The Neo-Noir turns the AWP into a comic-book scene — stylized women inked in blue and magenta against a muted grayscale backdrop, everything framed by the bold black outlines that define its graphic-novel style. It's the work of community artist donschi, paired with a fittingly somber in-game line: "They took comfort in each other's despair."
AWP | Neo-Noir (Field-Tested) Float and Wear
At Field-Tested the finish picks up light scratching along the edges and around the scope, but the busy inked artwork and the gray base absorb it so the scene still reads well from a normal distance. The blue and magenta hold up regardless of float. This is the grade most players picture when they think of the finish — the balance point between looks and cost.
AWP | Neo-Noir Rarity
Rarity: Covert. It's the red, top-of-the-ladder grade for standard weapon skins, sitting a step above Classified pink, and Covert skins are some of the rarest finishes a case will ever offer.
AWP | Neo-Noir Case and Collection
Part of The Danger Zone Collection, Neo-Noir comes out of the Danger Zone Case, introduced with the Danger Zone update in December 2018. About 0.64% of openings yield the Covert tier as a whole (a rate shared across the tier's skins), and since the supply of copies is capped by past unboxings, most players buy on the market instead of pulling one directly.
AWP | Neo-Noir Patterns
The Neo-Noir carries a fixed pattern: the artwork lands identically on each copy, which rules out any paint seed or "blue gem" to hunt for. What sets copies apart is only their wear and float.
StatTrak & Souvenir
There's a StatTrak™ version too, which adds a confirmed-kill counter; it's a rarer and pricier drop from the same Danger Zone Case than the standard finish, and the count is permanent, following the item whenever it's traded or sold. A Souvenir edition doesn't exist — Souvenir weapons come solely from Major-tournament souvenir packages, and the Danger Zone Case has never been in a Major drop.
AWP | Neo-Noir Price
Field-Tested is the value anchor of the range — cheaper than Minimal Wear while keeping nearly the same on-screen look, which is a big part of why it's the most-owned grade of the finish. It's a premium AWP skin that still won't break the bank. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.
FAQ
Does the Field-Tested Neo-Noir look worn?
Not much to the eye. Field-Tested adds light edge scratching and a little scuffing near the scope, but the detailed inked scene and gray base hide it well, so the skin reads well from a normal distance. The blue-magenta figures — the part everyone actually looks at — aren't affected by float at all.
Is Field-Tested the best value Neo-Noir?
For most buyers, yes. It's cheaper than Minimal Wear and Factory New while looking close to identical in-game, and it's by far the easiest grade to find on the market. Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred are cheaper still if you want the lowest entry price and don't mind a bit more visible wear.
Which gloves go with the Neo-Noir?
Its blue-and-magenta palette over gray suits a cool, moody loadout. Blue or purple gloves echo the inks directly, while black or gray wraps lean into the grayscale noir backdrop for a more understated match. Pair it with other cool-toned blues in your inventory and the whole setup ties together nicely.
