AWP | Sovereign Flame (Battle-Scarred)

AWP | Sovereign Flame (Battle-Scarred)

The AWP | Sovereign Flame (Battle-Scarred) is a Covert sniper skin with flames running the length of the weapon and a golden scope, in its most heavily worn condition. Battle-Scarred is the cheapest way onto this red-tier AWP, trading a pristine surface for the lowest price of entry.

Design

Underneath the wear, Sovereign Flame keeps its regal identity: flames running the full length of the AWP, topped by a golden scope for an exalted, premium look. The design is community work by kenN, whose portfolio spans everything from toxic creature themes to finishes like this, and it ships with the line "The exalted won."

AWP | Sovereign Flame (Battle-Scarred) Float and Wear

The finish runs the full 0.00–1.00 float scale, and Battle-Scarred covers the top of it from about 0.45 up to 1.00 — the most extreme wear the skin can reach. Heavy scratching and paint loss spread across the body, and the flames dim noticeably, though enough color remains to place the design. This is the grade for players chasing the look at rock-bottom cost.

AWP | Sovereign Flame Rarity

Rarity: Covert — the red grade at the top of the standard weapon tiers. Even at its most worn, a Covert AWP keeps the prestige that comes with the game's highest base-finish rarity, and this design stays distinctive.

AWP | Sovereign Flame Case and Collection

This skin is a member of The Arabesque Collection, which debuted with the Season 5 / Armory update in July 2026. Covert red-tier finishes drop at only about 0.64% as a group, so copies are genuinely scarce, and because supply stays limited most players buy this one on the market instead of unboxing it.

AWP | Sovereign Flame Patterns

With a fixed design, Sovereign Flame shows no pattern variation from one copy to the next — the flames and golden scope always occupy the same positions regardless of paint seed. There's nothing like a blue-gem roll or a hunt for the "best pattern" here; the only meaningful difference between copies is the amount of wear.

StatTrak & Souvenir

No StatTrak copy of this finish exists. A StatTrak variant would have had to be created when the skin launched, and Sovereign Flame came out without that variant, so there's no counter-tracking version to buy. Souvenir is off the table as well, since Souvenir weapons are only distributed through Major-tournament packages and this finish was never in one.

AWP | Sovereign Flame Price

Battle-Scarred is the cheapest grade of the finish — the entry-level way onto a red-tier AWP for players who care about the design more than the condition. If you want the fire-and-gold look in your loadout for as little as possible, this is the door in. It's on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.

FAQ

Is the Battle-Scarred Sovereign Flame still recognizable?

Yes. Despite heavy scratching and dimmed flames, enough color survives to identify the design at a glance in-game. Battle-Scarred is about accepting obvious wear in exchange for the lowest price, not losing the finish's identity — the AWP still reads as Sovereign Flame on the server, golden scope and all.

How worn can Sovereign Flame get?

As worn as any full-range skin. Battle-Scarred spans roughly 0.45 to 1.00 on the float scale, so copies can reach the extreme end where scuffing and paint loss are heaviest. The flames dim and the gold loses shine, but both stay visible enough to keep the design placeable even at maximum wear.

Is Battle-Scarred worth buying?

It depends on your budget and taste. Battle-Scarred is the cheapest entry onto this Covert AWP, ideal if you want the design and don't mind visible battering. If you'd rather the flames and golden scope show closer to their intended color, stepping up to Field-Tested or higher is worth the extra cost.
