Glock-18 | Reactor (Factory New)

Glock-18 | Reactor (Factory New)

The Glock-18 | Reactor (Factory New) is a Mil-Spec pistol skin — a vivid orange body stamped with a pattern of metallic nuclear hazard symbols. As the highest grade, Factory New shows that radiation motif at its boldest, with no visible wear on the surface.

Design

Reactor wraps the Glock-18 in a bold orange base and layers it with nuclear hazard symbols rendered in metallic paint, giving the pistol a loud, industrial warning-sign look. It's an in-house design from Valve, built on high-visibility color and a simple repeating icon rather than intricate detailing.

Glock-18 | Reactor (Factory New) Float and Wear

Reactor runs the full float scale from 0.00 to 1.00, and Factory New sits at the very bottom of that range, roughly 0.00–0.07. At this grade the orange reads at full saturation and the metallic hazard symbols stay razor-defined, with none of the scuffing that creeps in lower down. If you want the finish exactly as the artist intended, this is the grade to grab.

Glock-18 | Reactor Rarity

Rarity: Mil-Spec Grade — the blue tier that forms the base rung of the standard weapon grades. It's the most common of the colored rarities, though this loud finish stands out well above its station.

Glock-18 | Reactor Case and Collection

Reactor belongs to The Cache Collection, which arrived with the July 2014 update. Its Souvenir copies are handed out through Cache Souvenir Packages at Majors, and inside such a package the Mil-Spec tier is by far the most common pull, turning up roughly 80% of the time (a rate shared across the tier's skins).

Glock-18 | Reactor Patterns

There's no random pattern roll on Reactor — the orange base and the grid of hazard symbols land identically on every copy, so there's no paint seed or "blue gem" variant to chase. Wear and float are the only things that separate one from another.

StatTrak & Souvenir

There's no StatTrak Reactor: StatTrak is a weapon-case feature, and this finish isn't part of a StatTrak-bearing case, so the counter version was never produced. A Souvenir version does exist, though — it comes from Cache Souvenir Packages awarded at Majors, first seen at ESL One Cologne 2014, and each copy commemorates a specific tournament.

Glock-18 | Reactor Price

Factory New sits at the very top of Reactor's price ladder as the highest grade on offer — a clear step above Minimal Wear and a premium pick within the Glock-18 lineup. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.

FAQ

Is Factory New Reactor worth the premium?

If you want the orange at its most saturated and the hazard symbols perfectly sharp, yes. Factory New is the cleanest grade and carries the top price in the range. That said, the finish is so bright that lower grades still look vivid, so the premium is about condition rather than a night-and-day visual gap.

Why is there no StatTrak version of Reactor?

StatTrak counters are a feature of skins that drop from weapon cases, and Reactor isn't one of them — it lives in The Cache Collection, whose special variant is Souvenir, not StatTrak. Because it was never seeded into a StatTrak-bearing case, the confirmed-kill counter variant simply doesn't exist for this finish.

Which gloves go with Reactor?

Its high-visibility orange calls for a warm, industrial loadout, so orange or earthy tan gloves work best — an orange pair echoes the base color, while tan or olive wraps lean into the hazard-sign theme without clashing. Keep the rest of the loadout warm-toned to let the finish carry the look.
