M4A1-S | Glitched Paint (Minimal Wear)
The M4A1-S | Glitched Paint (Minimal Wear) is a Restricted rifle skin covered in glitch-inspired digital paint strokes — a multicolored, pixelated pattern on the silenced M4. Minimal Wear keeps the color loud with only the faintest hint of surface wear.
Design
Built from corrupted, pixelated paint strokes, this finish spreads a multicolored abstract pattern across the rifle — a tech-forward, glitchy concept that trades a single clean graphic for organized chaos. It's a Valve creation, and it ships with a cheeky in-game line: "Please return to display after use."
M4A1-S | Glitched Paint (Minimal Wear) Float and Wear
Across the 0.00–0.67 float scale, Minimal Wear sits just above Factory New as the second-cleanest grade. Any scuffing is minimal and easy to miss, so the multicolored strokes stay bright and legible — a near-top look for less than the very top grade. For most buyers it's the sweet spot between condition and cost.
M4A1-S | Glitched Paint Rarity
Rarity: Restricted, the blue tier. It ranks two grades below Covert in the standard weapon lineup — a mid-high tier that's reasonably common yet still sits above the ordinary drops.
M4A1-S | Glitched Paint Case and Collection
This finish is part of The Radiant Collection, which arrived alongside the Spring Forward update in March 2025. Restricted-tier skins pull at about 15.98% within the set's drop pool, so Glitched Paint is one of the easier finishes to land — and by now most trade hands on the open market rather than fresh from a drop.
M4A1-S | Glitched Paint Patterns
Every copy wears the same multicolored abstract paint pattern, and there are no separate phase variants to chase like you'd get on a Doppler. What actually distinguishes copies is their wear and float, not the paint layout.
StatTrak & Souvenir
No StatTrak edition of this skin was ever made, so there's no kill-counter version to hunt down. Souvenir is off the table too — those come exclusively from Major-tournament souvenir packages, and the collection behind this finish was never part of a Major drop.
M4A1-S | Glitched Paint Price
Minimal Wear settles just under Factory New on the price ladder while looking almost as vivid, which makes it a strong value pick. Even so, the finish as a whole stays in budget range for the M4A1-S. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.
FAQ
Does Minimal Wear look much different from Factory New?
Barely. At Minimal Wear the surface picks up only slight wear that's hard to spot at a glance, and the multicolored strokes still read at close to full saturation. Most players can't tell it apart from Factory New in-game, which is why it's often the smarter buy of the two grades.
Is Glitched Paint a good budget M4A1-S?
It is. Within the M4A1-S lineup this finish sits firmly in budget territory, so you get a loud, colorful, tech-flavored rifle for a modest outlay. Minimal Wear in particular gives you a near-top-grade look without paying the Factory New premium.
When was the Glitched Paint released?
It launched with the Spring Forward update in March 2025 as part of The Radiant Collection. That makes it a relatively recent addition to the M4A1-S roster, though supply already leans on the market since the collection has been circulating since release.
