M4A1-S | Mecha Industries (Factory New)

M4A1-S | Mecha Industries (Factory New)

The M4A1-S | Mecha Industries (Factory New) is a Covert rifle skin — a white industrial-plated body with black inserts and light red mechanical markings that gives the M4 a futuristic mecha look. Factory New is the top grade, showing the design at its most vivid before any wear enters the picture.

Design

Mecha Industries dresses the M4A1-S in bright white armor plating, with black inserts running along the barrel, magazine, and parts of the receiver and buttstock, plus small light red markings that read like tech labels. The contrast of smooth polymer against angular plates gives it a cyber-industrial, sci-fi character. It's a community design by the artist coyote37 and carries a fitting in-game line: "Featuring all new technology."

M4A1-S | Mecha Industries (Factory New) Float and Wear

The finish rolls across a float range of 0.00–0.80, and at Factory New it sits at the low end of that scale. Here the white plating stays bright and even, the panel lines read sharp, and the red detailing holds full saturation with no scuffing anywhere on the body. On a light base like this every scratch would show, which is exactly why the top grade is the one to reach for if you want the design flawless.

M4A1-S | Mecha Industries Rarity

Rarity: Covert — the red tier, the highest grade of standard weapon skin in the game. It's the rarest class you can pull from a case, sitting a full step above Classified.

M4A1-S | Mecha Industries Case and Collection

This finish belongs to The Gamma Collection and comes out of the Gamma Case, released with the Gamma Exposure update in June 2016. Across the case the Covert tier pulls at roughly 0.64% (a rate shared among the tier's skins), and since the Gamma Case has left the active drop pool, supply is fixed — most copies are bought on the market rather than unboxed.

M4A1-S | Mecha Industries Patterns

There's no random pattern variation on this finish — the white plating, black inserts, and red markings land the same way on every copy, so there's no paint seed or "blue gem" to chase. Wear and float are the only things that set one copy apart from another.

StatTrak & Souvenir

A StatTrak™ version exists and adds a confirmed-kill counter; it drops from the Gamma Case as a scarcer, pricier variant than the standard skin, and the counter is permanent, carrying over when the item is traded or sold. There's no Souvenir version — Souvenir weapons come only from Major-tournament packages, and the Gamma Case was never a Major drop.

M4A1-S | Mecha Industries Price

Factory New sits at the top of the price ladder as the highest grade available — a clear step above Minimal Wear, and a premium pick within the M4A1-S lineup that stops short of grail money. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.

FAQ

Is Factory New worth the premium here?

On a white-plated skin, yes, more than usual. The light base makes any wear obvious, so the top grade is where the design reads its cleanest and the red markings stay fully saturated. If you want the mecha look flawless and don't mind paying up, this is the grade to own; otherwise Minimal Wear gets you close for less.

Which gloves go with Mecha Industries?

Its white-black-and-red palette suits a bright, high-tech loadout. White or light gray gloves keep it clean and futuristic, while a pair with red accents picks up the mechanical markings. Black wraps lean into the darker inserts for a sharper contrast build.

Is this a good M4A1-S skin?

It's one of the most popular M4A1-S finishes going. The Covert rarity, the clean sci-fi styling, and strong recognition make it a staple pick, and the Factory New grade shows off the design at its best. It fits both a display collection and an everyday competitive loadout.
