M4A4 | 龍王 (Dragon King) (Well-Worn)
The M4A4 | 龍王 (Dragon King) (Well-Worn) is a Classified rifle skin with a red-and-blue dragon king over a teal-green body, here in a more battle-worn state. It's a cheaper route into the mythical M4A4 finish, with wear the busy artwork still partly disguises.
Design
The finish centers on a teal-green base carrying a red-and-blue Chinese dragon, a legend-flavored, regal design built on rich color rather than camo. Designed by the community artist L'grand, it comes with a fitting in-game line: "A weapon worthy of The Monkey King himself."
M4A4 | 龍王 (Dragon King) (Well-Worn) Float and Wear
At Well-Worn the finish shows clear scuffing and paint loss across the receiver and edges, where the color thins out and the teal base dulls a little. The red-and-blue dragon still holds as the standout element, but there's no pretending this is a fresh grade. For players who value price over a spotless surface, it delivers the recognizable look for less. Floats here run high on the 0.75 scale.
M4A4 | 龍王 (Dragon King) Rarity
Rarity: Classified — the pink tier, ranked just below Covert and second from the top of the standard weapon grades. Pulling one from a case is genuinely uncommon.
M4A4 | 龍王 (Dragon King) Case and Collection
The Dragon King sits in The Chroma Collection and is unboxed from the Chroma Case, which released back in January 2015. The Classified tier as a group drops around 3.2% of the time (that odds figure is shared across the tier), and with the Chroma Case out of the active drop pool, supply is fixed — most copies reach players through the market rather than the case.
M4A4 | 龍王 (Dragon King) Patterns
The Dragon King carries no random pattern roll: the dragon and teal base are placed the same on each copy, which means there's no paint seed or "blue gem" to seek out. Copies differ only by wear and float.
StatTrak & Souvenir
A StatTrak™ Dragon King does exist and brings a confirmed-kill counter along; it's a scarcer, more expensive drop than the plain skin, and that counter is permanent — it carries over whenever the item is traded or sold. A Souvenir edition was never produced, since Souvenir weapons come only from Major-tournament packages and the Chroma Case has never been a Major drop.
M4A4 | 龍王 (Dragon King) Price
Well-Worn sits near the bottom of the ladder, below Field-Tested and above only Battle-Scarred — a budget path to the design for players who won't pay the mid-grade premium. It's one of the cheaper ways to get a real Dragon King into your loadout. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.
FAQ
How worn does the Well-Worn Dragon King look?
Noticeably. Expect visible scratches and dulled color on the receiver and around the edges — more than Field-Tested but short of the heavy battering of Battle-Scarred. The dragon and teal base keep it recognizable, so it still reads clearly as a Dragon King in-game despite the wear.
Is Well-Worn worth buying over Field-Tested?
Only if price is your priority. Field-Tested looks a fair bit better for a modest step up in cost, so most buyers prefer it. Well-Worn makes sense when you want the mythical design as cheaply as possible without dropping all the way down to Battle-Scarred.
Does the teal base show wear more than a dark skin would?
A little. The teal-green base is lighter than a black finish, so paint loss and scuffing are somewhat easier to spot at this grade. That said, the busy red-and-blue dragon artwork breaks up the surface and helps the wear blend in more than a plain-colored skin would.
